Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Wrong address on bill

I never got the physical bill for my connection, when contacted on CC for that, they says that bill sent to your address as well as on your e-mail. when I checked my mail, there was a bill but address on e-bill was wrong. I contacted again CC for correction of address on bill, they says for this i have to visit head office (R K Puram) for this. I don't have time to visit there for this. can some authorised person come to my address and after verifying all the papers correct the address for sending physical bills.
