I am writing this complaint after multiple failed attempts to resolve the billing issue for bp no: [protected].
The igl connection was installed at my address in 2016. The address where its installed kcb0020703, wishtown klassic, noida sector 134 is locked since i moved to a different city abroad and never used the igl connection.
My father who is a senior citizen visited the flat recently and to his surprise noticed that the igl connection was disconnected and on calling the customer care he was asked to pay rs.15000 + rs. 3000 reconnection charges even though we never used the igl connection.
The charges incurred on the bill are completely incorrect. Since am not residing and using the igl how can i get the bills based on estimation. You have first sent out the incorrect bills, followed by a disconnection of gas connection and now expect me to pay the charge. Also on top of that, he is asked to pay reconnection charges for rs.3000
This is completely unethical and wrong. I have informed by calling the customer care number [protected] to stop sending me false bills multiple times and also asked them to resolve the matter but every time i get the email that a service ticket is generated for wrong meter reading and the matter will be resolved within 10 days but there is no resolution yet.
