I registered complaint on IGL regarding my meter speed. I observed that my meter is running fast and the monthly gas consumption is way higher than my previous consumption. I had used one cylinder per month before I opted PNG connection and that volume used to be more than enough. How my consumption could be higher all of a sudden with PNG connection, that too every month? (It has been four months I got connection and I am getting unreasonable payments to make, which is a burden on my pocket).
The meter running fast than usual is also confirmed by the person who came for meter reading. Subsequently I registered complaint but IGL turned deaf ear. Top it all after half an hour of call stay I get connected to customer care every time I call them and they give a reply that there is no complaint registered which is just enough to fume someone.
I tried to complain in IGL RK Puram in person as well but they showed me the door to customer care.
I eventually am losing the hope in competency of organisation to handle the grievance. I am afraid to say that they probably are feeding on monopoly and no management and organisation.
P.S. I am feeling like to switch to cylinder gas to prevent such complaints and inconvenience at my end. Was this information helpful? |
