Hi my name is Mohammad Yunus, I have leased my premise to Indus Tower w.e.f. nov 2022 at 157 aditya nagar dongargao mhow, mp (453441). as per the agreement indus tower need to pay 6500rs rent per month but since installment date in november to june i recieved only one installment of 6500rs in june.
I am not getting a proper response from the indus tower staff
Now, I really regret my decision to lease out my premise to Indus Tower.
Hope, Indus Tower authorities will notice this grievance and make arrangement to pay me the rent of previous 7 months.
i have no other option to put grievance on this website.

It is with great agony that i wish to bring your kind notice the callousness shown by your franchise /contractor. I am resident of Khandamara village, Rajnagar, Kendrapara . I want to know, without a valid NOC from Sarapanch/ Rajnagar Tahasil, how did you plan to install the mobile network near my plot. Which will affect radiation and many more issues of my family/Villagers. Also, the plot is in resimile and a part of my property, which you are doing the tower. So, Please inquiry the above matter and do the needful at earliest. If you are unable to inquiry the following subject, I'll be go to court of law.

I have every hope that you will take a prompt action & oblige.

We the residents of the settipalem Village makavarapalem mandal anakapalli dt in Andhrapradesh state, Indus towers have planned to construct new mobile tower in survey number 45-6 which is in between the our homes/ residence and NOC was given without our notice in Dec 2022. We have raised a complaint/ public grievance to Dist. Collector Anakapalli, Sub Collector, Narsipatnam Division and MDO Makavarapalem mandal about this issue and requested to change the location due to public inconvenience as per GO MS no. 8 Dated 6.9.2021 govt of AP,

We sincerely request indus towers to take necessary steps to alter the location and to construct the new mobile tower atleast 500mts away from our residence .

We the residents of the settipalem Village makavarapalem mandal anakapalli dt in Andhrapradesh state, Indus towers have planned to construct new mobile tower in survey number 45-6 which in between the our homes/ residence, already one jio mobile tower was present in survey number 45-6 and the new planned to construct adjacent to it, we request you to change the location of the new mobile tower and also request you to maintain one kilometre distance from mobile tower to mobile tower(MFEC. Dept. GoI) In this juncture we request you to construct new mobile tower atleast 500mts away from our homes/ residence, with lost of hope and positive response from the indus towers company

I am Joydeb Ghosh landlord of Bhaskur Mayrapara Domjur site ID no - 102387 is having a complaint regarding increment in payment of monthly rent not initiated as per agreement which is 15%. I am still getting the previous rent.

Initially on 2nd June 2005, Airtel installed a Tower (ID: Jmu 108) on my proprietary land and from time to time the rent agreement was renewed. Later on, I was informed that the site has now been named after Bharti Infratel with the site as Indus Id 2019571. I am being paid the rent on a infrequent basis. Indus towers is not payed rent from 2 years. The agent who made agreement is not responding to us. 2 years rent is pending.
They cheated me by not paying any rent from the beginning.

As per agreement month Rent is Rs 3400 but we got only Rs. 1400 since two month . As per the real estate team, stamp duty was deducted but it is clearly mentioned in the agreement copy, stamp duty paid by Indus Towers Limited.

I representing M/s Siva Sai Builders and developers Pvt Ltd, are one of the beneficiary to receive the monthly rent and accordingly you have been paying for the last 22yrs.
In july 2022, the agreement was due for renewal and now Annapurna Apts association had raised a objection, that the owners names should be removed from the agreement and total rent should be paid to them only. Hence dispute arosed.
Recently your executive contacted and collected the documents from both the parties.
When i want to contact the incharge Mr. SRIDHAR KULKARNI to know the company stand, he is not lifting the phone nor giving response on whatts app or SMS.
This approach of your executive against land lords is not correct and should not be encouraged.
Hence teach him how to handle situations and how to avoid legal issues.
