I have ordered for a VOLTAS AC on 6th March and INFIBEAM had committed the product will be delivered before 10th March, knowing their commitments and business ethics, I was following up with the every to expedite the delivery, however, unsuccessful. Today (11 Mar 16), when I called them, the customer care person is replying he cannot commit on the shipment date, and when I asked him for a cancellation request, he is not willing to take it up. My advice to fellow customers, place your orders with FLIPKART / SNAPDEAL even if you find the products 1 or 2k extra there. You can avoid harassment from these kind of arrogant merchants.
