InFocus — InFocus Phone not received from service center even after 2 months

I brought a mobile phone sold by snapdeal.Com named infocus m350 Def Serial no. [protected]/[protected]/GLP15A2500064

After 2 months (Still under warranty) flash light did not work, i have given to infocus authorised service center in agra at accel frontline limited in nehru nagar.

They said phone will be repaired in week time, it's been approx 2 months, still i did not receive my phone. Customer care says that parts are not available we will give you by next week. Same answer every time, every week.please do the needful.
