Hello, I'm writing this because I faced issue with INOX Garuda Yelahanka branch. As per rules and regulations it is cleared mentioned in your website that wearing mask and following covid precautions compulsory and also for 'A' rated movies below 18 years age not allowed but when they follow 18years of age strictly same time it applies to wear mask and follow covid precautions. My kid is not allowed to watch 'A' rated movie but they are not following covid precautions and no security checking certificates and mask. I went with my family, 2 adults and one below 3 year kid and one 5 year kid. I returned back to home. Same thing I discussed with manager in that INOX Mr.Hussain, from him no reply to my questions about covid precautions and wearing mask compulsory but he say only below 18years age not allowed and no refund possible, nothing can be done. I have not got any refund to my tickets and no movie exchange for my booked tickets. My booking ID from book my show TTAZHBK. I need explanation from INOX management, manager does not have required skills and no mercy, he would have given me option to watch some other movie and I want my money back Was this information helpful? As per Government guideline anyone below eighteen years of age cannot be permitted for movies rated ‘A.’ Any violation of this may result in penalization for guest and the theater. We have also printed the information on the tickets and in the terms and condition on the website. Your patronage of INOX is extremely important to us and we hope that you continue to visit us. Dec 07, 2022 Updated by Mohan_87 Hello, Yes, i agree below 18 years age not allowed as per your terms and conditions, but at same time you should follow covid precautions wearing mask, this is not followed over there, is this not any violation ? I don't agree for this, I just want my money back, i have not watched the movie, refund my money.
