Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Refund ticket amount for cinema

I have booked 2 tickets at inox brookefield mall kundalahalli on 10.06.2023 for movie "transformers rise of the beasts" for show at inox kolhapur on 10.06.2023 for 10.35 pm show. Amount of rs. 700 got deducted from my account when i did transaction using paytm scanner provided by the ticketing staff but on successful transaction i haven't received any ticket or confirmation. When asked the manager (Santosh kumar), he said the amount will get refunded in 3-4 hrs but it's been 3 days but still i didnot got any refund. The manager futher asked me to send a screenshot the transaction details to this whats app number : [protected] but i still i didnot get any refund.
