Hi, Your customer care are not responding good to the query person, i had called 3-4 times but they are responding in a good behaviour. Moreover its not about one customer care person only, they all are behaving very badly and not giving any proper answer, also they are not giving you even that much time so that we can convey our message to them. I know that they don't have so much time to give answer but they are not even listening to the person. Also when i request them to connect their manager, they disconnected the call every time.I am not happy with such a ridiculous behaviour. I am bearing roll no [protected] and reg No. [protected], and I have exam of IBPS clerk 1.30 at TCS center Guwahati(Dispur), Assam and I am 5 minutes late in that exam. and exam official did not allow me to attain the exam. But, in rules and regulation of Ibps there is not mentioned if come late say 5 or 15 minutes they won't allow. It is crucial for me to give the exam. Now, 1 more year. Hello Sir, This is Monika Sabnani and yesterday was my IBPS-Clerk Exam.But the IBPS and VIT College staff did not allow me to enter in the examination centre "Vivekanand Institute of Technology East VIT Campus, Sector-36, NRI Road, Sisyawas, Jagatpura, jaipur".While I have all the necessary documents as mentioned in the admit card and the mail which was sent by IBPS. They gave me the excuses that my voter ID card does not have my full name(only First name is mentioned).But in admit card they only mentioned that bring a vaild ID proof that bears your same name as in Call letter that was issued to us.Just because of these stupid excuses, They discarded me to sit in the exam and misbehaved with us.Many people have the same case as mine.Many people requested them to sit their children to sit in the exam but they didn't do anything. We called the police for taking any immediate action but they said that They can't do anything for us.At that time I felt very helpless and had mercy for them because they could do all but they didn't.The IBPS snatched that golden opportunity and our right from me and others Sir, I request you to take the necessary strike actions against the IBPS for playing games with my and others futures. Kindly I request you to file the petition against the IBPS and award us the fair justice for our bright future.I also request you to cancel this exams held in 21 Dec. 2014 and reschedule it. Sir/Ma'am, With due respect i would like to bring this to your kind notice that this year IBPS-RRB has declared its merit, for General Category for PO Exam at 80 Marks and in individual subject merit for English it declared at 11 marks and for Hindi at 17 Marks, which i believe that it was based on the average of the performance of all candidates in the exam conducting on various days and shifts by IBPS-RRBs, my question is, this difference of merit should be equated, means 11 marks in English should be considered equal to 17 marks in Hindi i.e if any body Score X marks in English he should be given X*17/11 marks (i.e if candidate got 11 marks in English, then this should be treated as 17 marks) and then as per this equated score his marks should be consider while deciding merit for the interview call. Suppose any RRB decides it merit for interview call, then should consider the difference, and for candidate who has attempted English Language paper, then his English marks should be consider as 17/11of the marks obtained by him. i.e if candidate got 11 marks in English, then this should be treated as 17 marks, and then as per this equated score his marks should be consider while deciding merit for the interview call. However I got the regd. no and password and payment in my e-mail. I was able to download the call letter . I attended the exam and qualified for appearing interview.
