[Resolved]  Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) — BAD Behaviour of Customer care

Hi, Your customer care are not responding good to the query person, i had called 3-4 times but they are responding in a good behaviour. Moreover its not about one customer care person only, they all are behaving very badly and not giving any proper answer, also they are not giving you even that much time so that we can convey our message to them. I know that they don't have so much time to give answer but they are not even listening to the person. Also when i request them to connect their manager, they disconnected the call every time.I am not happy with such a ridiculous behaviour. I want a strong action regarding the issue, we are not suppose to spend here so much time on this stupid things. Regards, Rizwan

The same happened to me today! Called them 4-5 time, they girl who took the call was very rude and didn't know anything. Infact she sounded like she just woke up and didn't listen to me. Badly behaved. Ill mannered. I wonder if IBPS select these sort of people from their own organization, what right they have to interview and judge whether the candidate is good or not. 0/100. Improve your customer services for your own good people.
Ibps costumer care vary bad behaviour, i call 3 times, always saying follow the notice and cut the phone
