[Resolved]  Max Bupa Health Insurance — NONSENSE EMPLOYEES

I Purchased Health insurance policy for four persons from Max Bhupa with yearly premium 20988 . Before finalizing all details of policy holders i had discussion on same with Mr.Santosh( his cell no.is [protected] ) AT LEAST 4 TO 5 Time after that i paid Money to Max Bhupa . i.e on 06/12/2012 ,,
When Policy and cashless cards Received at home on 17/12/2012 i saw My mothers Birth date is Wrong on Cash less card i.e 09/05/1961 instead of 05/ 09/ 1961. i called Mr santosh .....BUT not Received & no reply till 18/12/12 . finally call received by Mr.Sunil & i had discussion with Mr. Sunil Kumar his cell no is( [protected]) Regarding Same , as per discussion i send him my Mothers ID By mail on 19/12/12 at 1.40pm
Till Date today is 06/01/2013 means 19n Day Completed Card not received yet. in between this process i called to Mr. santosh on 01/01/2013 but not received, again i called to Mr. Sunil He told me that ( Sir ,, Today we are not working.. so tomorrow when i will be in office i will check and call you for same , ............... again till today m waiting for his call means whole weak M WAITING .....I called MR.SANTOSH but story is Same so I called the Great employee /person/..../...../ he recived & told me SIR..... Today we are not working .................HARAMKHOR HEY SAB KE SAB SALE FOKAT KA PAYMENT LETE HEY........ salon ko yeeee bhi malum nahi ki oo log kyaaa kar rahe hey...chutiyeee sale ....
