Tata AIA Life Insurance — non refund of excess deduction

TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE is a subsidiary of TATA AIG and I hold a premium No. U[protected]. On 28.08.2013 the due date for the annual premium I paid the premium of Rs. 25,000.00 on line through my Credit Card. On 29.08.2013,
TATA AIA deducted the same amount again as the details were available with them. When I pointed out and demanded refund, they asked me to give my Bank details attested by the Bank, and I did it by paying a fee of Rs. 102.00 to my Bank and sent the Scanned copies of the Certificate and a cancelled personalised Cheque. On 09.09.2013, TATA AIA mailed me and telephoned me and informed that the Excess deduction of Rs. 25,000.00 shall be refunded to me within 10 working days. They advised me to login to their website and my Id has been locked by them. While approaching for fresh one time password, automated intimation says it has been sent to my Email Id, But my in box is empty since 4 days. emooShould I go to Police for cyber fraud despite my information of the payment on phone and mail.
