I have booked a Jaypee plot at Jaypee Green Sports city, Yamuna Vihar and had a very bad experience with Investor clinic. the plot is in the name of my Wife and due to the mishandling of one of IC's consultant "Jyotesh Chahal" we never got the Pre- allotment letter and demand letter from Jaypee inspite of me following up with Jyotesh since the time I booked in in Dec'11. While the allotment letter was sent in March'12 to everyone, Jyotesh didnt even knew about it and she didnt even bothered to call Jaypee and check with them and neither she bothered to tell me the direct contact details for Jaypee ever. Now we got the allotment letter on 28th July'12, only after my father went to your office in person at Noida. This was all so unwanted had she talked to Jaypee about we not getting the allotment letter in time. This is despite of the fact that i kept on calling her every week and every time she kept on saying " you don't have to worry", "I am here" and "nothing has moved at Jaypee". Because of this late response Jaypee has now implied almost an INR 1.75 Lakhs penalty on late payment. This is utterly ridiculous and i need help in this regard. there is NO falut of ours on this and this is simply because of the unprofessional and lethargic nature of this particular sales rep from investor clinic.

I am in no position to pay this penalty to Jaypee because of no fault of ours and need someone Senior at Investor clinic to speak to Jaypee and get this waived off completely. If you guys are bragging about Investor clinic having strong relationship with all major real estate developers, then with your relationship, you should be able to do it.

Dear All,

Please note that I have been chasing Vikas Verma/Amit Gujral from Investors Clinic, for my credit note payment (attached) for last 3 months. We've been constantly told that accounts is not making payment, there is an audit being done, payment has not been received from Aditya (Builder).

We've been calling Investors clinic several times, but neither our payment is being made and Mr Amit Gujral has stopped picking up our phone. Vikas Verma claims to have left the company without providing us our payment. We've fulfilled all our terms with Investors Clinic but our credit note amount is not being paid to us.

Investors Clinic is doing fraud with customers and not upholding their end of bargain. I'd like to tell every person not to buy a single property with this company as they are thugs and will cheat you like they did to me.

Kindly assist us in getting our payment as mentioned in the credit note attachment at the earliest.

Employees of Investor clinic has taken Conditional Token Money saying that they will return the money if I don't like the deal. Instead of asking me about the deal they had decided to give my token to client for which I have not agreed.

Now, they are not returning me the conditional money.

If any one could help us in this.

Investor clinic is completely a fraud company making fool of people by giving credit note as discount. They commit that payment will be made against credit note once 40% of the payment is made to builder however even after making 95% of the payment they do not make payments against the credit note they issued. When asked, they make statements that our builder has not released commission yet. They keep on asking you to call here and there.

Investor clinic reps are worst and make false commitments at the time of booking and later do not fulfill anything. They even say they do not have any hierarchy and do not report to anyone. I want to bring in your notice that i have been cheated by investor Clinic Noida .I had purchased a flat in Today homes Ridge residency project through nvestor clinic representative Shariq and Jaspreet Kaur Who is workin in the team of Assistant director Ankush Jain.
I was promised that i will be issued credit note of 20000 within 3 days but it's been over 7 months i have not received my credit note and they always
making false commitment no one is giving proper response.

Kindly help me to avail my 20000 rupees discount .

I was introduced to Javed Naqvi - and employee of Invesotrs clinic by Mr Vipin Kumar - his boss, last year when I visited their office to discuss an investment in real estate. Javed followed-up with me relentlessly and convinced me to invest 1.35 Lacs in a project named - La Gracia by Newtech builder in August 2011. He promised that he will sell off the property in three months and I would not have to pay the next demand.

I had booked a 3 BHK house in Unitech Unihomes-2 through Investors clinic. At the time of booking the discount they offered me of 52000/- was to be paid by credit note. It is now almost 6 months i have booked the house and I am after them every day and they are just not giving that amount. They say that the company does not have any funds. I must say if a company does not have fund of 52000/-(fifty two thousand), then it should shut down their offices in noida. Pathethic company.

Investors should not book their house through investors clinic.Investors clinic is a fraud company.

This happened in August 2010 but and was long forgotten by me but i am putting this online for others to beware when Dealing with Investor Clinic. Back then in 2010 when the Noida Extension Debacle had not taken place there was a lot of Buzz in the Market for Cheap property in Noida. I also decided to buy a Unit in Noida. I did a lot of research and Finalized Supertech Capetown. Now I had heard stories about Brokers Luring Buyers with promise of a Low rates and once the check was issued by the Buyer and cleared the broker would say 'The scheme has expired' or 'There was a Confusion' and offers to cancel the booking the buyer is harassed and doesnt want to put in more time so setelles for the higher rate. So i was cautious dealing with Brokers then i talked to Investor clinic(Employee Name Mr. Vivek Kumar Gandotra an over sweet talking sales man) who offered a Low rate on the Pretext of HCL Corporate Discount i was skeptical but i thought Trusting a Brand Name was better than Trusting a Broker on the Street. Once the Check was issued and cleared i heard the Familiar 'The scheme has expired' excuse I protested fought with them but being a professional i have my time constraints so in the End gave in. In the Process i met a few people from the top management seems they were aware of the Fraud and were complicit. Urge you all not to trust Investor Clinic Just because it has a Big Office. They are as Unethical as the Brokers on the Street. At least the Broker in the street needs the Business Badly and will comply more to accommodate you.

I wish to inform you that I booked flat in Todays Residency through you . Four more members of our family booked flats in Today through you . I paid full cost of the unit in Jan 2012 and other members of family are paying in installments. .However my agreed commission of 1 % from company is still not paid . On inquiry I was told that company has not received its share from from TODAY so they cant pay . I went to TODAYS office for this job They informed me that they have already paid amount to Investors clinic . Sir I expected that reputed company like yours will care for customers automatically. Why customer should run from pillar to post just to get an agreed amount of credit note . You will recollect that I paid full cost of the unit in January 2012 And even after laps of over 5months the company has not cared to inform the customer about the status of his claim .I think it leaves a bad taste and do not reflect good image in the public at large . Publicity by word of mouth is more powerful than advertisement in the news paper depicting some known person .
I again appeal to you to kindly take up my case with the concerned company and impress upon them that customer needs more care and attention . If his claims are unattended or delayed for a longer duration it may affect future relations and give bad name to the organisation .
Sir I feel embarrassed to communicate with you but you will agree that some time it is inevitable . I hope you will understand my frustration /agony and will put forward my case more forcefully.

I am Ankit Madan. I booked a flat in Uditya Urban Casa, sector 78
Noida through Investors Clinic on 27 Feb 2012. The name of the
representative is Hitesh Malik.
I booked the flat in Direct Payment plan but then I got to know that
banks do not give home loans in DP plan, so I changed the plan to
Flexi by filling a new allotment form and giving it to Mr. Hitesh on
5th March 2012. I was told that the new form has been submitted and an
email and letter to Aditya builders has been sent by Investor Clinic.
I contacted Aditya builders today for allotment agreement since Mr.
Hitsh Malik is not picking my calls for a few days and I was told by
Mr. Manish from Aditya that they have not recieved any email or letter
from Investors Clinic and they will be sending a requirement for
payment 30 days after date of booking in teh DP plan, which is 27
March.
I do not understand what to
do since I have already paid 3 lac rupees as booking amount. I cannot
take the house in DP plan without home loan. I feel cheated as Mr.
Hitesh never recieves my calls and I do not know who to approach as
such short notice.

I booked a flat in Amrapali Heartbeat City through IC in 30 - 70 offer.
When I booked the flat I was told by IC executive Waseem Burney that I need
to ay 1611900 INR and the balance will be paid on possession
After my checks are cleared nobody cares to contact me. On several mails
and calls to IC I came to know that I have to pay service tax also.

I paid the INR. 45500 as service tax.

Total I paid was 1657400
I was told that this will finalize my 30% payment and after this I will be
not be required to pay anything until possession.

After that nobody never contacted me.
I tried to call Waseem Burney several times from Dubai, and he never picked
the call. As he has promised me INR 25/sqft discount.
Somehow I managed get Vimmy's number and I called Vimmy. She did really
helped me and told me that Waseem has left the company, which was very
shocking as nobody cared to tell me this from IC.
If a person has left then IC should have allocated someone to handle my
case.

After that whenever I called up IC to enquire about the project, I was told
to contact Amrapali and not IC.

After that nobody from IC has ever called me, though I am regularly getting
calls to book in new projects.
Though I am intrested to invest in some property in Noida, but I don't have
the courage to trust Investors Clinic now.

Now after so many months I asked my brother to call Amrapali and enquire
about the project, Some Mr Sachin advised him to deposit 31700 INR +
Interest for 1 year immediately as pending balance.
To my surprise nobody has ever called me to deposit any thing but when we
called they asked to pay the pending amount.

As per my records pending amount is zero.

I still cant believe that I have trusted such in unprofessional people. Who
are not ready to help me after their deal is done.
I was told that Investors clinic will coordinate with me until the flat is
completed and delivered to me.

This is regarding wrong information provided by Investor Clinic (Noida) sales man while making booking of flat with builder. After booking there are unrealisitc demands from builders and Investor Clinic salesman is washing his handoff by prentending to be ignorant of the payments demanded by builder.

I am seeking a resolution from respective authorities, accordingly I would provide details of booking.

Dear sir , I handed over cheque and filled in form to get a flat in 3C on 10th - october and till 15 days no one responded / informed me about status and kept me fully in dark . whereas i had earlier booked flat @3600 in lotus zing on 9th oct.directly in 3C but Investor clinic staff asked me to get the same unit through Invetor clinic hence I relied on the same .

Honeyji I beleive you hv understood the case and ethics also says that once you commit and takes money n complete all documented work , than why Investor is left alone .
We take it other side and after paying token money , i would have defaulted at any point of time , than you know what would happend to me..!

I request you to kindly look into my case and My loss should be paid for.

This is not a big amount for your company but it is a Learning case which should be informed to all teams and preventive / corrective action should be taken.

Manjeet Dhaka from Investors Clinic came to our office ( NIIT Technologies)for AMR project( STUDIO APARTMENT). He told about the project. At that time he told us many big – big things about the benefits of the project-

1. He told that they will give the apartment for 9 years lease with Radisson, Clark- IN etc so that we can get 18 – 20 thousand rent every month.
2. He told us that there will be increment in rent every 3 years.

Manjeet convinced us by promising big – big things. Many o[censored]s booked the studio apartments. But at that time of booking we were not knowing that we will be cheated like this and we have to struggle so much for this.

I booked studio apartment in AMR on 2/07/2009 by paying 10% booking amount. But from the time of booking to till now whatever promises were made, none of them fulfilled. Like the 1st possession date was March 2011 which was then shifted to December 2011 and the late payment of RS.7897 which we should get from March to December is also not paid. This is again a big loss for us. First they told that they will give Agreement after 10% payment and then they told after 50% payment and when I payed 50% then they told to pay 75% amount. Then within 4-5 months of booking i.e by December 2009 we paid 75% of the total amount so that we can get the Agreement as soon as possible. But till date we are struggling for our sealed and signed Agreement. During this period ( Dec 2009 – till date.) we follow up with Manjeet Dhaka and others from Investor clinic many times. We made 1000 of calls, we visited investor clinic but then also we did not get any response from their side. We also talked to Sumit Raheja and Amit Raheja of Investor clinic. After not getting Result from them also , then we talked to Honey Katiyal of investor clinic but that also doesn’t help. Also we tried to talk to AMR directly but they are not taking interest as we didn’t took directly from them.
Then again we follow up the MANJEET for getting it sealed n signed. But he didn’t show any interest. After so much follow up and a long wait of 4-5 month he sent his colleague Piyush who took our old agreement but they didn’t get it seal and signed on the same and said he will get it similar new agreement with no change. I didn’t understand why they did that. But in this new agreement many changes were found Like the date of possession was changed. In the new agreement charges like Club charges,EFC,EEC,IFMS etc were added separately with remaining possession amount(Rs 3,37,265) but in old Agreement which we got earlier(not sealed and signed) remaining possession amount were all inclusive of these charges and is all together Rs 3,37,265 only. This difference is huge which is unacceptable. So far much of cheating and wrong is done to us. We have paid 75 % Amount with lots of difficulty even though having financial issues but then also facing mental torture to get the sealed and signed agreement from investor Clinic.

I had a deal with Investor Clinic 8 months back and very dissatified with the way I am being treated. They are not providing a service at all and also not refunding my money which they have committed at the time of agrrement.

They even stopped picking my calls...I am very frustrated. Investor Clinic and their agents are a abig Cheatres. and only enjoying on public money. They are sense less peoples.

They are not bothered about ther customers satsfaction and their commitment. Once they have recieved money form you, they will forget you completely.

investors clinic is no. one fraud broker company in real estate,it never pay there employee commission and salary.they tourcher their employee and misbehave with them, i am requesting to new candidate please dont join this company

I Woud like to complain about the Investors clinic Noida. They gave me wrong commintments at the time of booking and now they are not adhering to that. I have been chasing to them daily and they give me false promises . Mr Ajay Kr. Meen from Investors clinic commited somethign else at the time of booking and now they are not picking up. I need to complain about them and their team to their heads . Kindly get me the contact numbers of the head Office or the Nodal officer in concern.

I have booked a flat in Amrapali smart city in April2010 and after one year I dont have the agreement letter,neither that project approved by any bank.I just visited the site last week(1st week of april2011),no work started at the site,not only this they have not yet confined the area of smart city.I would like to share below infromation which I got from one of the manager of smart city.
1)This project is not yet approved by any bank.
2)Land dispute is not yet clear,there is still fight with the farmer,when I visted the site,I found that farmer are still have their crops in the land,I talked to one of the farmer and they said that they have not taken any compensation from the builder.That is the same land which Amrapali people are claiming that they will build smart city there(after one year of project launch).And when we talk to Amrapali officer they are saying that there are no dispute,why they are cheating us.
3)I talked to a manger in Amrapali and he also accepted that the dispute is still there.
4)they dont have mapped approved by authority.
5)At the time of booking,we were told that Amrapali smart city will be a 100 acres project but now they are saying that is just of 40 acres project,they have launched different project in the rest of the area and shifted the Samrtcity at the back most.
6)Amrapali is cheating us since last year,they have played with our hard earned money and peace of mind,They never told any of the costomer whats going on,neither at preesent they are telling us truth.
7)I am going to file case against This group against case of forgery.They will have to return our money with compensation(10 % per annum).
I would like to request to other ppl to not believe in Amrapali saying,go and see the site.

Investors Clinic & Amrapali provide the bad service and doing fraud with customers.

I have booked a flat in Amrapali Smart City for 28 march 2011 through investors clinic(Mr. Ajay Kr. Meen) & I have try to contact so many time but mr. ajay don't pick up the phone & don't inform me the status of project last 5-6 months.
