FRAUD - sold flat by means of false information, delaying to issue NOC
I am a single women living in Noida, working in IT sector . A month ago I booked a flat in Aditya Urban casa, Sector-78 Noida through Investor Clinic they persuaded me to buy 14th floor as they assured me that this wont be atop floor and there will be a penthouse above it . On the basis of that commitment I made my booking inspite of very less carpet area. When I checked onsite of Aditya Urban casa the people there denied of any penthouse construction on the top floor . The builder is ready to refund my token money i.e Rs. 465000 considering the whole situation. These people from investor clinic were hiding all the facts even after insisting and calling trillion times .They are delaying to issue the NOC to the builder and also not clarifying whether they will issue or not.This is quite ridiculing I am canceling my flat and the builder is ready too then who are these people to stop us. This is not a service this is clear fraud
They didnt take 5minutes to book the flat and taking months to provide NOC.
I am feeling helpless and cheated . I am surprise how such player are openly playing with the hard earned money of common people including females, senior citizens. I want my whole money back with out deduction as this flat is cheated on me without proper information Please Help.

I booked a flat in Amrapali Heartbeat city in Sep 2011 through Investors Clinic ( Mr. Pramod Kumar). I was given a credit note for Rs 63750/- due to be paid on payment of 40% of BSP to the builder. The said 40% payment to the builder was completed in July 2012 and I immediately forwarded my request for payment against the credit note to the company along with the credit note. However, till date despite my repeated requests and personal visits to the company meeting Director and the accountant, my payment has not been made to me. Sometime I was told that the payment will follow in 15 days and sometime I was told that it will be adjusted by Amrapali which was never done. I was always given false promises. Frustrated I approached their customer support center and lodged my complaint on 28 August 2013 ( complaint ID IC/CC/0813/2553). I was informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and it shall be resolved soon. But nothing has moved so far despite my repeated attempts. This has been going on for more than a year now. It is now obvious that the company does not intend to pay me my dues and is resorting to delaying tactics. Around two year back I had bought a flat through IC at Kresent Homes, Noida Expressway. At the time of booking they has issued us a credit note that said the would refund us a part of the brokerage fee once we've made 30% payments. It's been a year now since we've made 40% payments and even after running behind them they just refuse to refund us back the amount even after we've submitted all the documents.

They again and again failing commitment to deliver my money and cheating customer as local property dealer which I never expect kind of reputed company like investor clinic.

Kindly resolve my issue else give me the Cell no and mail id of your director and MD so that I could make a communication with them and according I will file a criminal and fraud case if my issue has not been addressed in next 7 days.

I have sufficient doc. to make a case against IC at Consumer Forum also but I would thankful if you if you resolved my concern with in time frame.
I have seen lot of Value and ethics at IC website and would request to tribute of that.

The commitment was :- You will get your amount once you paid 3rd installment else we would adjust in you 4th installment.

I have invested in Lotus Boulverad through 3C. Since last 10 months I am following up with them regarding releasing the cheque against the credit note which was issued by then at the time of buying the flat. every week they have nw excuse.
Can any one in this forum tell me what are the legal options with me ?

I booked a flat at Jaypee Krescent Homes thru Investors Clinic in September 2011 . Broker name was Mr Udayan Vasisht.

At that time, I received a credit note of 1.0024% of the basic sale price Rs 4050.0 for 1680 sqft area from Investor Clinic.

I have already made payment of 40% of the basic cost and now trying to get my credit from Investors Clinic for past 3 months.

I received a check of the credit amount of Rs 61848.00 on April 20 2013. I deposited the check into my bank account, but it was dishonoured by Investors Clinic on April 30 2013. Signatory was Mr Pranav Sharma (Chanakaya team)


I was then promised by Mr Avinash Jha from Investors Clinic that we will receive another check with in 1 week.

Till date I have been given noting but lame excuses by Mr Jha.

I have been dealing with Mr Avinash Jha for past 3 months and he is making fool of me by giving me all kind of made up excuses. He even said check is ready and someone from investor clinic is coming to my residence with check.

But nobody has delivered the check and I feel like Investor Clinic duped me.

I will be forced to take legal action against Investor Clinic if issue is not resolved ASAP.

Today I call to Investors Clinic regarding some property inquiry and my call get connected to Mr. Sajid Ali [protected]. He picked up the call and said "Haa bataeye"

Me: Yaa sir actually I want to inquire regarding some property in noida whether you are dealing in that or not

What the f...k illiterate, uneducated customer care setting in Investors Clinic, who talks to customer like this. I must say Sajid Ali you proved tum hotai hi aise ho.....

This is to inform all who have either dealt or planning to deal with Investors Clinic.

I am a ex employee of Investors Clinic...they are a big time frauds and cheaters. I have worked with them and know how they make fool of people by making false promises, issuing Fake Credit Notes that is not honored and many more practices like that...

I worked with them and when it came time for payment of commission they have nothing but only excuses to give. The limit is that they deduct TDS and PF but don't deposit the same.

Beware of these cheats, they will do anything and go to any limit to cheat you....don't believe a single word they say...they are all trained cheaters and frauds

I recently invested in a 2 BHK flat through Investor Clinic. Shortly after i made the purchase, I realized how these guys are cheating buyers in broad daylight. Once I shared my inclination towards the preferred option and we went into negotiation mode, the executives suddenly created panic around shortage of inventory and only one unit available that needs to be blocked by end of the day with token/registration amount.

Due to lack of time provided, I could not explore alternatives and went ahead with the proposed rates in good faith. Later they went back n forth with changes in PLC/floor charges (as calculation error) and made me pay higher than original proposal. I was verbally offered 2% through Credit note to accept these changes. Now, after booking they have declined to provide Credit note stating that builder is not allowing it. Btw, credit note has nothing to do with builders and it is part of commission (5%-10% earned by Investor Clinic) that they should pass on to buyers to match offers from other dealers like Finlace.

Also, all the information shared by Investor Clinic crook executives (Jitendra and Shirish) regarding number of floors, inventory availability, timelines of completion, distance from City center etc. were all fake - I found the correct info directly from the builders. There is no escalation mechanism as Investor Clinic's GM/Director were unapproachable after sale for hearing any complaints.

So, please take care, explore buying property directly from builders and beware of cheats like Investor clinic.

What is the point of giving me the complaint ID IC/CC/1212/1273 when you did not had to action upon it. This complaint number was given to me around two months back and I am in the same state……that is running after you people for my money. There is no revert on reminder mails being sent to Dimple, Manoj Rajput the customer support team or their bosses.

What will you do now……issue a new complaint ID and ask me to run after you for another two months. This is the most pathetic experience of my like………it can get worst than this.

I had booked a flat in Lotus Zing 3C project in Oct 2010 and was promised a commission payback of 1.25% and a credit note for the same was also issues by Investors Clinic stating that I will get the commission as soon as I make the first instalment to the builder since their funds will be released by the builder only after I make the initial payment to them. After paying for the first instalment when I approached Investors Clinic (their representative assigned to me), he claimed that the disbursement will have in two phases i.e. half of the commission I will get when I make the first two instalment to the builder and another half after I make the payment for the 4th Demand note from the builder. This was contrary to what was promised and written on the credit note. Anyways, I agreed and after making the initial two instalment, I approached the same representative and my nightmare started…….It took me almost 3 months to get the first half of the commission and with assurances that the other half I will get as soon as I pay for the 4th demand note from the builder. Now that I have already made payment for 6 instalment and it’s been 2 years that I was promised the commission would be paid, I am still running from pillar to post for the remaining amount. 99% of the times their representative will not take my calls or reply to my SMS, so I have to call him from different numbers of my friends and family, and when he picks up the phone, he is full of excuses like our directors and signing authority are out of country or your payment process is in progress or our director has resigned and we are waiting for the new director to join etc etc…….. Don’t they get their salaries when their directors are traveling?? If yes, then why not the customer get what is due to them. Also, signing authorities cannot be traveling abroad 3 -4 month at a stretch and if they have so much money to travel abroad for months why not pay the customers first and then enjoy their leisure trips.

Frankly speaking I had very good opinions about IC and actually had recommended them to lot of my friends and acquaintances, but now I feel that I have done extremely wrong for them since they will also be treated in the same manner by IC after their deal is closed. People from investors clinic will run after you and make 10 calls to you every day till such time that you close a deal and once it’s done it is going to be the other way round.

The IC representative that I am dealing with is Mr. Manoj Rajput. Am not sure whether it is his lethargy to get the process fast cycled or it is his limitation because of the inefficiency of the organisation for which he works i.e. Investors Clinic. Whatever the case, at the end of the day they are losing reputation, customers and business left, right and centre. I am shocked by the number of complaints against them in this forum.

I have even written to [protected]@investorsclinic.in and [protected]@investorsclinic.in , let’s see if I get any assistance from them otherwise I will be left with no option but to approach consumer court.

I demand that I be paid what has been committed along with interest from the date the amount was due to be paid.

To conclude, I would strongly suggest[protected]please do not go to Investors Clinic. If a company of this status cannot pay promised and committed money of just INR[protected] to it’s customers, it is not even worth being in business for them. Looking at this scenario, where they are not able to pay a small amount of 10-15K for 2 years, it’s a strong indication that they might be going bankrupt.

I have got credit note as discount given by investor clinic for purchasing flat in Unihomes -3 unitech project ,but til now I have not recieved that amount .It is already 6 months as I made downpayment to Unitech builder in April 2012 .Inverstors clinic don't even responding to my call made to investor clinic customer care .Every time i call they make fake promise for payment and never even remember what they said in last call ,no trace ,no follow-up ,simply ignoring us after there role is finshed in our deal.
They are simply worst service providers in real estate business.

I regret to declare that Investor clinic is a fraud company.they are giving false promise during the booking of flats. i personally faced this problem. once i have booked one unit in supertech eco-village 2, they offer me 3% discount at their meeting but did not filled form with this discount. they have filled the form with 2% discount which never be justify. same time neither hand over original documents nor picking calls.
they give us mental harassment to my family, my family is always discussing the same and chasing them but no response received till date.

Mr Harneet Ghai your senior marketing office contact me and take the cheque for booking from my home. and at the time of booking he told me that he booked my unit at 4950 per sq feet after broker discount and all.After few days when i am trying to contact him he is not picking my phones and not responding me.I enquired from BPTP and found that my unit is booked at 5250 price per sq feet.
I am totally shocked after hearing this that your senior sales person did this kinds of cheatings with common peoples. He also write wrong contact number in booking form.

Beware of these cheaters like harneet ghai and his company Investor Clinic.

we booked two flats in royal casa, NOIDA EXTENSION at 9th floor on flexi plan on 7th sept 2012 through INVESTOR CLINIC representative,sanjeev singh and issued cheque of required amount in f/o builder.however after 5 days sanjeev told us to accept 11th floor on clp. plan or they would return our cheques. when we contected his boss, kumar gautam,gm ic.,he also asserted either we accept 11th floor on clp plan or withdraw our cheques.
this is how this big property dealer is befooling its clients, wherein it changes agreed terms later at its own choice leaving the prospective buyers at lurch .hence buyers! beware of such frauds. I also seek appropriate action from concerned authorities.in this regard to ensure protection of rights of buyers. thanks.

It is my bad luck that I am associated with Investor Clinic, A company who run their business on Fraud activities. Their employees do false commitment to attract customers and if they are able to trap them then customer life become hell... Whenever you go for any property requirement .. their staff attract you to join as a referral associate with handsome commission amount and as soon as you provide one referral to them .. they forget you and behave like a strangers..

The WORST part is their customer service .. if you try to approach them for any solution.. you just get a list of email address to send you query and nobody bother you to reply with any solution.. I have so many name of IC who are involved in this activities..

I am writing this as I found myself cheated by Investor Clinic where they committed to share a commission on referral but it never happened.. when I tried to access responsible persons for this.. nobody was there to answer..

MY MOTIVE IS TO AWARE OTHER GUYS AND KEEP A GOOD DISTANCE SUCH ATTRACTIVE OFFERS FROM INVESTOR CLINIC

we some ex employees of investors clinic ahmedabad. we were working for investors clinic since 1 year. we never seen such a fraud and cheater company ever. there were three teams working in ahmedabad office. they stopped operation of on team without any notice or information. we were 4 new joinee and 3 senior executive. they asked them to leave company as they leaving ahmedabad operations. Investors clinic has not given a single rupee as incentives to the employee as they committed 10% aas incentive of brokerage. they terminated many without any notice or information .. more than 25 employees left their job voluntarily. more than 35 employees left investors clinic in 1 year, we never seen this type fraud and cheater company. every employee is liable average of rs 70000 but this guys not given a single rupee as incentive, they give salary in date about 15 of month as the working cycle is 24 to 24. employee received half salary tho the achieved justification level. Mr honey katiyal ceo of investors clinic and his wife sakshi katiyal hr manager as well as the directors are never thought abouts their bde who are doing hard working for the company. we never seen this kind of froud company , think the people who cheated their employee , how they treat with their customers.. shame on you investors clinic

I(Ashutosh Kumar) booked a flat Unit#-0605(R026CS40605) in CS4 Tower at "Supertech Capetown" Situted at Gh-1 Sector-74 Noida 201301 in Novermber 2010 through Mr. Arjun chopra (one of employee in Invertor clinic and in Mr. Narendra([protected]) team) . At the time of booking arjun gives me a offer of a LCD TV, from the very begining i am try to get it(LCD TV), but never get any response neither from Invertor clinic nor supertech.
These days Mr. Rajeev([protected]) was seeing the issue, but these days nobody (Narendra and rajeev ) is picking my phone. and saying that this offer was from supertech. but Arjun promissed me to give this LCD from his side only.


so , is there any way to get my LCD from Arjun or narendra or rajeev or investor clinic or supertech?
i finaaly want my LCD.
