IRB Infrastructure — Incorrect Toll Deduction for EV Vehicle MH03EX8725 on 8 Feb 2026

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an incorrect toll deduction from my Fastag account for my fully electric vehicle (Registration No: MH03EX8725).

On 8th February 2026, I travelled on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway from Mumbai to Pune and returned on the same day. Despite the State Government’s EV policy providing toll exemption for fully electric vehicles, toll charges were deducted from my Fastag account for both journeys.

Route: Mumbai–Pune Expressway (Both directions)

As per the prevailing EV policy of the Maharashtra State Government granting toll exemption to full electric vehicles, these deductions appear to be incorrect.

I kindly request you to:

Investigate the matter at the earliest.

Refund the toll amounts deducted for both journeys.

Confirm that my vehicle is correctly registered under the EV toll exemption category to avoid such issues in the future.

Please let me know if any additional documents (RC copy, EV registration proof, Fastag transaction details, etc.) are required from my side.
