Irctc — Amount deducted from my Bank, but showing failed in E-Wallet

Rs.3000/- was deposited in IRCTC E-wallet vide Order ID [protected] & UPI Ref No.[protected].
This particular transaction is showing 'Failed' in IRCTC statement. Copies attached. Please advice about the procedure.

I try to deposit money to ewallet in irctc but the money is deducted form my account the amount is 790rs but the deposit history says faild transaction please refund my money back
