Irctc — amount deducted — ticket not booked | |||||
I wish to inform you that i carried out the following booking transactions at the irctc next generation site and the amounts were deducted in both the cases. However, the booking has not taken place. I did not get any message from irctc regarding booking on my email/mobile phone. Please look into this and inform me the status. 1. Bank: state bank of india (Bhim / upi payment) — Action date: 11.3.2018 Value date: 12.3.2018 Narration: razorpay — (Irctc) Transaction id:[protected] Amount: rs. 3, 611.80 Travel details: 4 adults and 1 child from bangalore sbc - ksr to udupi - ud — onward journey on 23.3.2018 2. Bank: hdfc bank (Net banking) Action date: 11.3.2018 Value date: 12.3.2018 Narration: razorpay — (Irctc) Transaction id:[protected] Amount: rs. 3, 721.80 Travel details: 4 adults and 1 child from udupi ud to bangalore sbc - ksr — return journey on 25.3.2018 I contacted [protected]@irctc.co.in two times by email.
