Lodge complaint to above email ids of IRCTC

My name is Rajat Jain. This is with ref to PNR [protected] and PNR [protected] with transaction ID [protected] and [protected] respectively. The tickets were cancelled on[protected]. Even after cancelling it, the refund amount is not credited to my State Bank of India account.no. [protected], IIT Kanpur branch.
Please expedite to solve this problem.

i have booked rail ticket fro sec to new on july 14 2014 and also return tickets new delhi to secunderabad...i have use my net banking .tp pay for the tickets..an amount of 15000 rs have been debited from my acoount...due to waiting list of births in train i have canceeled the tickets on 14 july 2014...but the refunde amount which is 14900rs have not been credited in my account...plese look into my problome..and credit my fefund as soon as posiible ..my transaction details are as..[protected]IGW8279509 AND[protected]IGW8277552..MY AMOUNT WAS TRANSFEERED TO AC NO [protected] TO IRCTC POOL COUNT..MY ACCONT NO IS [protected]..BANK NAME ..STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD RCPURAM BRANCH...MY EMAIL sarita.raj.[protected]@gmail.com..phone no[protected]and [protected]
