Most miserable thing happened in my life during the train journey on[protected] I accept I was not travelled with the original ID card during the travel but I have relevant company id card where I employed …

TTR came to check the tickets I showed the Duplicate copy of my PAN card but TTR said he need original I said u was on an emergency and forgot to have the Original copy but I have relevant ID proof but TTR was shouted @ me and asked me to pay Rs 700 or to get down in Erode junction which will reach almost by 1.30am and he also called the Police men over there and informed him to ensure that I got down from the train @ Erode junction …

I said I don’t have enough money I also said about my situation for not bringing my Original Pan card but he threatens me to get down at any cost …I ran around him from Coimbatore to Erode junction but he didn’t even consider me / respect me …

Finally Erode junction came since I don’t have enough money I said I have only Rs 300 will give you another Rs 400 once I reached the Chennai station ..then simply he took that Rs 300 from me and said okay go to your seat …

• Just for Rs 300 which goes to his pocket that TTR has behaved like that
• Not given the receipt for that Rs 300
• He allows someone to sleep in the middle of two berth seats (is that the genuine thing which can be done by TTR)

Unfortunately I haven’t noted that TTR’s name but I have shared the relevant details hope I will be provided with proper justice …

I was booked an E Ticket for my family members from Trissur to Chennai on 01/09/2018 planned a trip on 30/12/2018.
Train No: 22640
Train Name: Chennai Express

Boarding: Trissur
Destination: Chennai
Journey Date: 30/12/2018
for some reason we had 3 tickets left and 3 people traveled to the S11 box on 30/12/2018. At the last minute, I traveled to the S11 box with a general class ticket because of my wife unwell condition.
TTR came to check the tickets around 8.20 Pm near Thrissur station I showed
Booking ticket and the General Ticket genuinely and explained the reason for my inevitable journey, excuse for our condition. He asked me to pay 450 for penalty or get down to general compartment. He was not care about my excuse, so I don’t want to argue with him I gave 2000 Rs which I had. He shouted and told me I am not a shopkeeper you should pay the exact change. In this condition a fellow traveler who helped me pay my money. The inspector took the money and left the receipt with a sense of duty
I have traveled many times. I shared my seat and Birth for public who traveled waiting list, RAC, Staffs and general compartment passengers in rush times. I have shared the seat for the cohabitation of fellow cohabiting passengers. I have never met such a scandal, but I have been disturbed by my honesty and distressed to the inspector who worked best for the Railway department. This letter wrote because please teach the staffs what is humanity I really sorry to say this.

Respected sir/ Madam,

My name is Sathish Kumar

I am travelling in NCJ - TBM SF express from Madurai junction to Chengalpet junction. Unfortunately I can't reach the train at my coach due to some traffic issue. But I got into the train and asked TTR whether the coach is towards the engine or End of the train since coach position of train is not mentioned online. He provided misinformation towards wrong side and due to him I travelled in train by standing even I reserved the ticket. I was waiting in Sleeper coach door area to go to my coach but one TTR told me to sit in sleeper seat till next junction arrival. Another TTR came and shouted at me to get out of the train. I explained him everything and he was without mask and uniform. Even though I gave respect to him he used bad words at me and you should not travel in this train. He threatened me to pay the fine of 1000 Rs. He talked me without humanity. He pulled me to get rid of train while train in running condition and I got fell down with injury due to him. Kindly train TTRs with humanity. Because they were just the servants to the passengers who are travelling in train and not the rulers to impose their rules.

Is there any TTR allocated for this train ?
I travelled from train start point to end point. I did not seen the TTR. RAC status for my ticket. I was waiting for the TTR for the whole night to ask for seat availability. But no one came.. I saw many un reserved people travelling in sleeping compartment.. how irresponsible.. TTR should serve people.. to only to get Central government salary..
