Irctc — Delay/not refund cancelled e-rail ticket | |||||
To Shivi saxena Executive customer care Irctc Dear madam/sir Your mail received in 1st june 2016 regarding the refund of cancelled e-ticket as “the information provided is insufficient for us to check. We request you to give us your pnr no./user-id with irctc and date-of-booking/date-of-journey/transaction-id generated from irctc, so that we may pursue the matter.”, i submitted all the details in 2nd june 2016. However i do not received any response from your side. Once again i submitted all the details so that irctc refund. Rs 3855/- in my a/c earliest.
