Irctc — Fund deducted with out tickek booking | |||
Hi, While booking a sleeper non-ac ticket from pune to chennai via IRCTC mobile app, fund got deducted from my bank account but ticket was not booked. It gave "session expired" error. find the details below:: date of booking - 15/8/2015 date of journey - 1/10/2015 platform - IRCTC mobile app fees deducted - Rs 519 check ref[protected] naration -[protected]-INDIAN RAILWAYS bank - HDFC BANK Acc/no - [protected] train no- 11041 Could you please look into this and let me know when i will get my refund ?
