[Resolved]  Irctc — Mobile number already registered

Dear Sir/Mam I was trying to register on IRCTC but after filling all the details I get this error "Mobile number is already registered" every time. I bought new sim card just 5 or 6 days back and this is the first time I am trying to register myself on IRCTC with this number. After contacting IRCTC customer care through email they told me that this number is already registered on name of Sudhir Rana (IRCTC Username - skrana111) so you cannot register with this number. I told them I am the present user of this mobile number and I gave them all the necessary verification details and after that they said they have informed the user to change mobile number in his ID and after all this the problem still remains the same. According to IRCTC policies all the profiles with junk data will be deactivated but nothing is happening in this case. I have proved that I'm the user of the mobile number from which I am trying to register. The problem is according to network service providers If one user don't use his number for 90 days, they deactivate their number temporarily/permanently and then they allot the same number to different user. Same thing is happened in this case. The old user must have not been using his number from a long time and now I bought the number. If the person is not using his IRCTC profile anymore and I'm claiming that I'm the present user of the specified mobile number they should delete that persons profile immediately. But now IRCTC has stopped replying to mails also. Please take some action and solve it because I have to book tickets and I can't because of somebody else's useless profile. Thank You.
