[Resolved] Irctc — Money not refunded for TDR filed on PNR [protected] | |||
Sir, With respect to my PNR [protected], I would like to state that i filed the TDR at 00:53 on 30th june while the train departed from my boarding station i.e. PATNA much after 02:00 (according to www. trainenquiry.com), so how come my request for refund can be denied based on the reason that :"TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit", as written in the mail sent to me by your portal. While the rule existent on your own website i.e. www.irctc.co.in clearly states that passenger must get full refund if the train is late by more than three hours and he files a TDR before actual departure of the train. I need either a full disclosure of cancellation of my request with valid proofs or the refund for which i am eligible.
