Irctc — No seat available, transaction dropped message appears

For two days in a row, i tried to book tatkal ticket but a message "No seat available : Transaction dropped" appears after payment option. I was trying to book a ticket from bhopal junction to Thane / Cst. Train number: 12174 Journey from : Bhopal Journey To : Thane DOJ :[protected] and even tried for[protected] Sometimes i get the message as "The site is currently unreachable, please try after sometime." As you know there are only limited seats and those also get full within 2-3 minutes maximum. I even tried using "priemier tatkal" option. But this option is useless. If this is not the case can you find a pnr who has booked ticket from bhopal or onwards to Mumbai CST.

Train number: 12311 Journey from : Howrah Journey To : Delhi :[protected] and even tried for[protected] . What can I do?
I was booking my tatkal ticket from New Jalpaiguri (NJP) to Sealdah (SDAH), after making the payment a message came out saying "No seat available : Transaction dropped" but ticket amount was debited my from account and its about 5days IRCTC has not refund the amount yet. What to do?
Hi, Did you get the money refunded, atleast in a later point?
I tried three times using different browsers (as suggested by the customer care). But still, it says the same thing "No seats available : Transaction dropped" and money is debited every time. It's not a small amount. It could easily be a scam. As they take much longer to credit back the money. It could be possible they are earning out of our money, Please get into this matter.Also, the customer care is very rude. they just say I can't do anything. Try from another browser.

Last three days, I tried to book my tatkal ticket but not found.Today I booked two Tatkal ticket in the 12707 A.P. Sampark Kranti express from Kacheguda station to Hazrat Nizamuddin station for 25.01.2017. after booking of ticket and we received the message 'No seat available Transaction Dropped", But amount of Rs. 1690.00 debited from my account, please clarify whether amount will be refunded or credited in my account or not and how many days will take to refund the amount.
The Bank amount transaction reference No is [protected]IGAARDHXB2 dated 24.01.2017 for Rs. 1690.00

Tried booking tatkal ticket from panvel to Kudal on Feb 23 using irctc app. Journey date was Feb 24.Went through the booking process. When I started no of seats available was 80. I paid the amt through net banking. On return I got the message "error:Transaction failed. No seats available". However the screen showed that 52 seats were still available.
So I tried again. Went through the same process. The same error message appeared. This time 25 seats were available. Both times I lost money and equally importantly was unable to book the ticket.

I tried from 3 days to book from ald to cdg .there is only one train .
All time my payment is deducted and says transaction dropped ..
By doing this i have no money to book my confirm tickets ..
So tell me who will be responsible for this .
This means i have to put 4-5X of money to book amount of X ticket ..
Shameless behavior of irctc .
And all custmer care number are busy all the times .
Very disgusting ..
I thought full of wasting money only to increase railways fund for few days .

There is definitely an on going Scam here. I have tried 3 days in a row in all the classes to book a ticket from Vadodara to Jodhpur in multiple trains in Tatkal. but even though the tickets are shown available, once the transaction from the bank is done, the page redirects to IRCTC and it say Seat not Available: Transaction dropped. And not surprisingly, when I again search immediately in the same train in the same class, seats are still available. I go for it again, and everything repeats. With a No Seat Available: Transaction dropped. But the seats are still available when you search.
IRCTC is a shame. Bunch of Corrupt Scammers.
I have been trying these 2 days for tatkal ticket and I got same message even though tickets are showing as available.
Why the hell i am getting this error " No seat available, transaction dropped ", even though there are seats available.
During payment i got this error twice, at the first time 86 seats available so i tried to book the ticket suddenly got an error transaction dropped, within few seconds i tried it agin when 43 seats are available but again got the same error, when seats are available why am i not able book the ticket successfuly.
I think there is a scame going on behind this.please look into this.
