Irctc — Not issued ticket even after payment | |||
On 5th June, I had booked 3 tickets in the AC 3-tier of the Padatik Express ( Train no: 12377) from Sealdah to New Jalpaiguri. I had proceeded as per the online instructions and had paid the total amount of Rs. 2790.60 from my Axis Bank Credit card at 2.25 PM. The booking transaction ID allotted was [protected]. I have received payment confirmation by email and a SMS from Axis Bank, but neither have I been allotted a PNR number, nor have I received any SMS confirming my booking. The same number of seat availability is being shown still, thus proving that my tickets haven't been booked. How will I get our tickets now ?
