Irctc — Not recieving an email of an e ticket from irctc

I booked an e ticket on 12 june 2015 to journy from H Nizamuddin to Kannur. I only get a message from irctc . Not recieve an e mail. I cant see the ticket information in irctc website. I can only see it in new transaction option. Transaction ID- [protected]. PNR No- [protected]. My email ID- sabu.[protected]@gmail.com. please solve my problem
