My family including 11year old son, 6 year old daughter, myself and wife, both suffering from back pain had a harrowing trip(s) due to jerky boggy. We had similar experiences on 5th June when we travelled to Chennai. And also during our trip to Chennai and back during 1st week of May 2015. Today, we came to know through newspaper that lot of people had this sufferings for the past two years or so due to the jerk in boggies in Trivandrum Mail train.
Added to the above, dozens of people who have no reservations or even ordinary tickets were travelling in the compartment, spoiling the mood of our trip by not vacating our reserved seats, talking and making noices throughout the night etc.We were also worried about the safety of our kids as well as the security to our valuables. All in our family lost sleep and my wife could not go to office on Monday. Those who were in the reservation boggy without reservation were very happy.. but people like me with reserved tickets were feeling tired and tensed.
Needless to say the cleanliness of the toilets, with more than 100 people using it instead of 72. Toilets were stinking and the pathway filled with people sitting, sleeping and having fun.
Is the safety, security, convenience of train passengers deteriorating day by day ?
The TTR of my boggy was trying to vacate a few but couldnt.
Please look into it not only for my sake but for the crores of Indians. I can smell a huge disaster just because of carelessness of a few concerned
