    Dear Sir I have booked a online Train ticket Transaction Number [protected] PNR [protected] TRAIN NUMBER 22209 FROM BCT TO NDLS DATE OF JOURNEY 29 MAY 15 CLASS 3AC Sir train was cancelled due to the Gujjar agitation by Railway Authority but my money has been not credited till now it is 13 days

      Hi, I am Anurag Agarwal booked a ticket for 4 family persons from delhi(ndls) to jasidih(jsme) for 18th feb by train#.12304(Poorva Express). As train was more then 10 hr late so we didn't traveled by it and filled the TDR. It was more then 3 months and still i didnt receive the refund.         Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a ticket on Tatkal. The PNR:[protected].I have used IRCTC web interface to book my ticket. There were two passengers on this ticket out of which the booking status of 1 is confirmed and the other is in waiting list status. Then I cancelled the ticket. Before cancelling the ticket I have clearly read the refund policy on : http://www.indianrail.gov.in/refund_Rules.html Section 3.5 It was mentioned that for a Partially Confirmed Tatkal Ticket there will be full refund where as I just got the money back for the waiting list passenger and the full amount for confirmed passenger on the ticket was deducted. On eniqury to [protected]@irctc.co.in, I was informed that for Partially Confirmed Tatkal Ticket, if the cancellation was done 6 hours before departure or 2 hours after departure, then only ther will be full refund. I emailed them the above link (http://www.indianrail.gov.in/refund_Rules.html Section 3.5). After few days of discussion over email they send me the screen print of same page with the rule updated. I would request you to check the case throughly. Also to check when http://www.indianrail.gov.in/refund_Rules.html page was last updated from the log. This is a mere case of fraud with the customer. I have read the rules before making cancellation which was never updated in the website and only during my email conversation with irctc team the website has been updated. If required I can forward you the email chain this will show a clear picture when the communication statred and you can check the website updated only after that with the rules. I am not saying there is a change in rule but the upadted rule was not updated in website when I made the cancellation. I have also tried calling the irctc team over phone to discuss the issue. The chennai team asked me to consult with Delhi team as they can't help but the customer care number of Delhi irctc team never gets connected. Finally the IRCTC team is replying me back that they are just web interface to book or cancel the tickets. They can't help anything more. And that is why I am writing here. Hope to get a satisfactory resolution.

          I was travelling in first class ticket from sealdah(kolkata) to jaipur on 14/05/2015 bearing PNR [protected] & [protected](Cabin A-4 tickets, Cabin B-2 tickets) Both the tickets were booked through irctc website. The problem i faced was from Kanpur on 15/05/2015 when 2 passengers had left in Cabin B I was shocked to see the railway attendents sleeping in the seats which became vacant there. I was really feeling uncomfortable with my sister & mother.Having taken seat in first class, I was disgusted with such kind of pathetic service. Please improve the service & quality of railway attendent so that in future no other problem is faced by passengers. Regards, ROHIT BAFNA [protected]

            Hi Team, I had booked a ticket from IRCTC site (ALD-NDLS) on 27th May15 for travel date 29th May2015 (Tatkal). But train got cancelled but I haven’t received refund till date. Got to know from customer care that if train got cancelled we need to cancel ticket else after 72 hours same will not be refunded. Please help me in getting refund as no where it is mentioned if train got cancelled we need to cancel ticket. As normal ticket cancellation we get refund in 3-4 days. I was expecting that only but same is not done. Then I called customer care today and got news that now it is non-refundable. I will be oblige if you look into this matter.               Sir, I am a registered IRCTC customer. Recently, I booked ticket through online. The details are as follows: Transaction ID: [protected] PNR.No.[protected] Tr.No.11013 Date of Journey:17.06.2015 Date of Booking the ticket: 07.06.2015 Place: Bangalore Jn to Coimbatore Jn. I want to cancel my ticket 36 hours before the Journey. I followed the cancellation procedure v.correctly. But I got some peculiar instruction (Red mark statement on the top) saying that I can't cancel my ticket. Due to this, I couldn't get my refund. Even I tried 24 hours before and 12 hours before to cancel my ticket and followed the correct procedure. But I couldn't do it so. IRCTC can help me getting the refund for the above journey which I didn't undertake.

                The ERS CSTM train schedule to reach booked station (TLY) on 4 am on 4th May 2015. But due to derailment and disturbance in Konkan railway, the train has reached the station on 5th May 2015 ( 24 hrs late) . I have raise the TDR on same day and I got the replay from IRCTS that train had ran on schedule time and no refund possible. Since all the record of train running are available with IR, this kind of baseless reason shall not be given for refund of ticket fare Rs 1800/-

                  Dear Sir, I am travelling by GWL Barauni mail (11124) on 09th Jan 15, boarded at Jhansi, travelling to Gorakhpur, my PNR num is [protected] for RAC in B1 63. I have asked AC operator for pillow, he said there is one pillow for one berth only and we don't have pillows to give you, you May complaint to anybody. Pls confirm this is the rule or not. If he sI ocorrect, My question is, when you are taking full payment for the ticket then why you are not giving a pillow for RAC passengers?? Pls reply me at the earliest. They informed that they will send confirmation message to both email id and mobile number. And I only got the mobile number confirmation but not email confirmation.                           dear sir/madam whenever we open irctc site for booking ticket at 10 am there are many problem we face alwayes. 1) capcha are very difficult to read on this perticular time. 2) We can't search all given train tatkal availability status it automatically sign out after 2-3 click on different train. 3) When we reach in booking page after facing these problem, filling our detail and as we click on next it showing processing and take so much time until tatkal available site finished. 4) All these problem Happens always and not with me but all person facing same problem.

                              I have visited TANUKU railway station which was situated at west godavari, in AP with my vehicle but the owners of cycle parking the licence was given by railway authorities they are forcefully demanding to take token to parking at railway premises without the customers opinion . Are you giving licenses to the cycle parking owners at railway premises to demand the customers by force to parking the vehicles ? they are maintaining so meany dowdy people to demand to parking the vehicle at railway premises. The Owners are showing any identity cards when they are demanding to park at railway.

                                Dear Sir 1. I have booked ticket from Jabalpur to Pune which was not confirmed in final list. 2. Detail of ticket is From Jabalpur to Pune, Train No [protected], Patna Pune Express, date 31 May 15, Number of passenger two (Lt Col DCS Mayal and Rashmi Mayal), class 2 AC. 3. The train was late by more than three hours. In order to manage seat, I waited for the train to come and did not cancel the ticket after final list declared. When the train arrived in the station I tried my best to arrange the seat, but due to heavy rush same could not be organised. I decided to refund my ticket when train was in the jabalpur platform. When I reached the cancellation counter My ticket was not refunded.Insoite of contacting all official including CRS, Asst Station Master my refund was not given. 4. As I was busy in confirming next day ticket, I could not follow the same. Next day I got confirm ticket in Pune Jabalpur Special . My PNR No for next day train PNR was [protected] which was confirmed later in the evening. 5. After reaching pune I am applying for refund.                                   TRAIN NO. 12623 PNR NO.[protected]TICKET NO.[protected]S 8 (65, 66, 67, 68) My family including 11year old son, 6 year old daughter, myself and wife, both suffering from back pain had a harrowing trip(s) due to jerky boggy. We had similar experiences on 5th June when we travelled to Chennai. And also during our trip to Chennai and back during 1st week of May 2015. Today, we came to know through newspaper that lot of people had this sufferings for the past two years or so due to the jerk in boggies in Trivandrum Mail train. Added to the above, dozens of people who have no reservations or even ordinary tickets were travelling in the compartment, spoiling the mood of our trip by not vacating our reserved seats, talking and making noices throughout the night etc.We were also worried about the safety of our kids as well as the security to our valuables. All in our family lost sleep and my wife could not go to office on Monday. Those who were in the reservation boggy without reservation were very happy.. but people like me with reserved tickets were feeling tired and tensed. Needless to say the cleanliness of the toilets, with more than 100 people using it instead of 72. Toilets were stinking and the pathway filled with people sitting, sleeping and having fun. Is the safety, security, convenience of train passengers deteriorating day by day ? The TTR of my boggy was trying to vacate a few but couldnt. Please look into it not only for my sake but for the crores of Indians. I can smell a huge disaster just because of carelessness of a few concerned N Balasundar

                                      C. Anil Kumar PNR No [protected] Train No17652 Kacheguda to Chennai Egmore 18.05.2015 Waiting list not conformed auto cancelled amount auto credited Rs 365 only as against actual amount of Rs 428.71. Why should I lose Rs 68.71 (service charge a & PG charges) for no service availed. Hence I demand for full refund of amount.
