Irctc — Payment accepted,seats not delivered | |

today i tried book tickets from vskp to kgp (Train No. / Name : 22808 / MAS SRC AC EXP for 23/07/2015) everything went smooth, i opted to pay the amount RS.4465.60 using my VISA SBI credit card( portal used for payment was axis bank). i received my otp and entered it. it got transacted and the portal showed "payment done" but instead of redirecting it to the booking confirmation page, it got redirected to irctc login page. i logged in to check the tickets but nowhere it was mentioned not in booking history or cancellation. the number of seats was also not reduced in trains's seat available area .i even got a email from the bank stating the same bank's mail's exact wording
"Dear Cardholder,
This is to inform you that,
Transaction of Rs.4, 465.60 made on SBI Credit Card XX0173 at IRCTC on 13 Jul 15."
this happend around 2:30-3:00 PM on 13/07/15. I Hereby request a refund as i booked tickets again (as it was an important travel).
