[Resolved]  Irctc — persons enter and sit in unreserved compartments

I had the unfortunate travel in the train on saturday. The train number was 12686 chennai superfast express. We were in a reserved compartment travelling from Mangalore to Chennai. The allotted number of the compartment is 8. But there were nearly 20 people. All the persons who had seasons tickets etc entered reserved compartments and took our seats. When a complaint was given to the TTR, he dint respond to us. He was supporting them. How can a reserved seat be taken up by an unreserved person ?
