Irctc — remove my id or deactivation of old id

Dear reader Myself Amrit couple of years ago I created an id on IRCTC but unfortunately I forgot my user id as well as my password as I was not frequently using my account . The problem further persisted when ever I wanted to create a new id it says your email id and mobile number is registered with us as A[protected] and when I click on reset password it says your id doesn't exist . Hence due to this I cannot create a new id on IRCTC ... so I request to plz remove my old id and release my email id and mobile number so that I can create a new one. As know I need an id for my further reservation. Please look into this matter and help me to over come it as soon as possible . Thank you
