[Resolved] IRCTC SBI credit Card — Redemption of reward points | |||
Sbi irctc credit card is not allowing me to redeem my points in irctc. There is no such option in payment gateway to select pay by rewards as mentioned by sbi in their faq's section of irctc sbi card. I am in touch with the customer service department and have written many emails to them but they are not resolving this issue but again and again giving new complaint numbers. Please help.
