[Resolved]  Irctc — Tdr status shows cr registered bt refund amount not received

TDR STATUS SHOWS CR REGISTERED BUT REFUND AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED

I have booked a ticket from WHM
to HYB on 4 Dec,
2014 and Date of Journey was 4 Dec, 2014.
For reason passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR
for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the
status was turned to CR Registered, but the
amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else I might be missing to
get amount refunded. Please let me know what I
can do further or else you can send sms to mob no : [protected] or
drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

Hi Support team, I have booked a normal ticket from MRA to BPL for SRIDHAM EXPRESS on 15th Jan, 2015 and Date of Journey was 17th Jan, 2015. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.
