I booked an e-ticket by Ernakulam-Guwahati Exp.12507 yesterday (27th). Money is gone to IRCTC from my bank account but I did not get the news about my ticket in the email or sms. I have to travel on the 29th that is tomorrow.Cancelled ticket amount not refunded

I tried booking eticket my transaction id was [protected]..my money was deducted..though transaction had failed.. I am also facing the same issue. I think it is because of the black agents which are associated with IRCTC (not on paper), and I am sure they will do nothing as they are getting much profit from agents. Corrupt IRCTC, if not then reply with proper explanation. Agents are wiped out on paper but increases in reality
this issue also occurred now, when i try to book takkal ticket in 9/apr/2023, still this issue shows
