Irctc — unable to view my booked ticket history (old and latest tickets)

I am unable to view my booked ticket history since last few days including my old and latest tickets. Please check this issue. I have tried below options to find my booked tickets but none of them worked.

1. Myaccount - my transactions - booked ticket history
(Inside this page, i choose different options like all journey, upcoming and past. But always getting "no record found" message)

2. Myaccount - my transactions - ticket cancel history
"no record found" message is displayed.

3. Trains - cancel ticket - e-ticket.
"no record found" message is displayed.

Please check this issue and try to resolve as soon as possible as i have upcoming journey in january 2020 and still unable to view my booked ticket details.

I have not done any thing but my Account balance has deducated.So can i get my payment back isued on 6/11/2019. Its very big amt for me.

I cancelled my online ticket and refund amount is not credited in my account. Please revert me back as soon as possible. This is very irresponsible of IRCTC.
