[Resolved] Irctc — User id disabled without any warning | |||
My user name vvj1961 using last 8 years. Irctc has disabled it from 9.5.2020 without giving any warning. When asked about this via email irctc stating misc. Reason for diabling user id. I have balance of rs.3000 in my irctc wallet. I[censored]ser deactivated, my balance of irctc wallet should be transferred to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved IRCTC today inform me by email that my irctc user ID is activated Dt.01.06.2020.Thank you IRCTC.My suggestion for IRCTC-Please develope a system so that user may be warned before deactivating their user ID Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
