[Resolved] Irctc — Wrong Error occurs while booking in tatkal tickets

Dear Concern, My self Yajuvendrasinh Parmar i was trying to book a tatkalticket from Bhuj to Ahmedabad by online booking portal IRCTC but when foundtickets are available wrong error occurs that you are permitted only 2 tatkal ticketsbetween 10 to 12pm per IP address but how come wrong error occurs without bookany tickets on my IP address 10.24.167.110 and from my mayur3131 ID. Dear Concern, My name is Jaspinder Singh I was trying to book a tatkalticket from Ludhiana to Lucknow by online booking portal IRCTC but unable to book the same due to an error that you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10 to 12pm per IP address instead I have not book any tickets from my IP address. Although I know no action would be taken against this complaint however seeing the public address portal and trust on consumer firm I am posting my complaint. Request you to share any updates or reason for an error on my email
