    I had booked a ticket to chengannnur by netravadhi express which comes from lokmanya Tilak Terminal. When we asked the staff through phone they said it wil reach at 1.20 am. Again when we called at 11.40 am they said the same thing. So we left at 12 am and reached at 12.25 am.But when we reached, The train left at 12.20 am. Come on now..are we fools here to travel from.ponda to margao and listen to this unsensible talk. I know there s nothing sort of stuff which will happen in favour o[censored]s.. But still u got one of the pathetic service in India. Kindly delete all these online train tracker which is of no use to the public.. Thanks John Jacob [protected]

      Jodhpur Jasalmer train Train no. 18410 Dep time 11.45pm Complaint lodged 12.15am [protected]@ 1.40am Toilet ugly non clean shabby No water Compartment also too ugly 9.9.2014 Though complaint was lodged nobody took care At last one passenger pulled chain and forced railway authority to clean toilets Instead railway security forced him to take to station But all passengers supported the guy They called upon scavenger to clean all toilets, but by then there was no water in the tank Then filled water & cleaned the chocked toilets & then the train departed

        Hi On 2-9-2014 I booked Tickets from HYB To GTL The Transaction is failed I tried 2 Times But 2 time the transaction is failed The transaction No is below . 1.) Transaction Id: [protected] The Amount is detected for each transaction is 1011.24 for 2 Transaction is Total : rupees 2022.48 So still I did not received the amount from irctc I forwarded a mail and made a call but their are saying I it will come but still I did not received So kindly do the need full regarding my issue as soon as possible.           Dear sir, one Person Mr.KIRAN KUMAR who sits in Bangalore Railway station with Big Board MAY I HELP YOU is unfit to the this type of job who doesn’t know basic courtesy that how to speak to customer /passenger and shows irresponsibility also he got mike for BIG MOUTH .He never start talk with SIR I have booked the ticket through online and For return ticket i haven’t got PNR no But payment has been deducted, so I went this person for enquiry and he rejected due to online booking not given the customer care no . we don’t know the his logic what is the difference if we book through online which is very easier /Faithfull . Since i have lost the money so i went another person and he send back to person who sits next to him and he also rejected and he avoided to give the callcentre no but Mr.Kirankumar interfered this discussion misbehaved with me . PUBLICS ABOUT TO BEAT HIM FOR IMPROPER RESPONSE AND MISBEHAVE, IF YOU CONSIDER THE CCTV RECORDS OF 10TH SEP .14 NIGHT 10 PM TO 11.30 PM YOU WILL COME TO KNOW . Due to urgency to the train we stopped to take further action, He still wanted to extend the discussion to create nonsense was acting like mad and thinking EGO /ARROGANT because of CENTRAL GOVERNAMENT EMPLOYEE who should be very professional . Since we don’t want waste our precious time by logging complaint in police station roaming for court to teach him how to behave with people, so i am logging complaint here .Please take an action & make sure good service for PUBLIC .

            i have book the railway reservation ticket its pnr number is [protected] at the date of 27th aug2014.but it was cancelled at the date of 02nd sep 2014. but the refund amount was not back to my account .please check the details of my ticket transaction and getting back the refund amount to my account .my account details are no is [protected]

                Ticket booked but PNR is not generated

                Hi, This is to inform that train number 12303 / POORVA EXPRESS was cancelled on 15th Aug, 2014. I had booked 2 tickets for the train. When I tried to cancel my ticket(as train was cancelled), it displayed train cancelled and I was not able to cancel the ticket, also i was not able to TDR for it as the ticket couldn't be cancelled. It has been more than 15 days, I haven't received the amount in my account. As, the IRCTC account didn't allow me to cancel the ticket and the train was cancelled, it is understood that IRCTC will refund my amount and I don't need to claim for it. But nothing of this sort has happened yet. Kindly do the needful. Transaction ID: [protected]

                  This is to infomr that I have booked the ticket from Mumbai to Varanasi on 25th March, 2015- Journey date April 2015. As the ticket was not confirmed, I cancelled the ticket on 31st March, 2015. But till now, I have not receied the cancelled amount back in my account. Please find my details.

                      I need to cancel one of my ticket booked by IRCTC website on 30-Aug-2014. As this train is running from Delhi station by 12 PM . Chart has been prepared at that location so was not able to file TDR or cancel my ticket. That is why on that day I was not able to do anything. So I have filed my TDR the very next day is 1-Sep-2014. Still railway not refunding my money. Please do needful in this case.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from PATNA JN (PNBE) to ANAND VIHAR TRM (ANVT) journey date14-Aug-2014, but the train got late from more than 12 hours.I had filed the TDR on the next day at 15-Aug-2014 05:06:20 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap.                           I travelled on 7 th sep 2014 from delhi to muzaffarpur from swatantrata sainani express .I ordered lunch to the pantrycar boy.it was a veg lunch order.i ordered 6 paratha, dal fry, aalo fry, one sabzi, 15 ml pickle, one glass sealed water.It costed 120 rupees.All the vegetables and dal was smelling bad and was found to be rott.paratha was so hard.water glassand soft drinks were of local companies and were not so good.This food is not good for anybody health...please improve food quality and try to supply branded drinks and water Rajesh Ranjan H.A.1-13 Email-ranjan.[protected]@outlook.com

                              I was scheduled to travel on 16th August and the train was delayed for more than 8 hrs so I chose not to travel. I filed the tdr on 22nd August as I was continuously travelling. Now IRCTC says that the TDR cannot be processed due to delay in filing TDR. The PNR No is [protected]. I have following question:- When a person is travelling then how they can file the TDR? Who is responsible for the delay in train? Where does the money goes which are basically generated through cheating the customer?

                              R/SIR, I HAD BOOKED E-TICKET FOR JOURNEY ON 30/05/2015 FROM ALLAHABAD TO AHAMDABAD AND ALLAHABAD TO RATLAM . AMOUNT Rs.4132.47 AND Rs.922.47 TOTAL AMOUNT Rs. 5054.94 HAD PAID THROUGH NET BANKING OF SBI WHEN BOOKED . TRAIN CANCELLED ON ABOVE DATE BUT PAIN AMOUNT Rs 5054.94 NOT YET REFUNDED IN MY ACCOUNT . PLEASE CHECK THE STATUS AND REFUND THE SAME IMMEDIATLY.

                                Use of Captcha is acceptable at the Log in stage. Following to be noted

                                1. Only one at Log in time is ok...it should be of 2 or 3 characters only (7 being used now)
                                2. It must be user friendly.
                                3. It should NOT be there again when filling credit card details
                                4. On pressing button "book another ticker" or "book return journey" again Captha is activated. Not required.

                                  Dear Team, I had booked successfully theTatkal ticket on 31st August for 1st sep 2014 travel from Virdhunagar station to Hosur station in the bangalore express 17236(Nagercoil to Bangalore). Worst 139 Support response and wrong information: I called 139 for asking the train timing changes of bangalore express train(17236) . But they confirmed me that no train time changes in the bangalore expresss. Then I asked my friend to check at the virudhunagar station and they told that the bangalore express time got changed from 1st sep 2014. Cockroaches found at the train (17236) : When I boarded at the virudhunagar station, I saw the plenty of cockroaches around the passengers seat and toilents. I had taken the photo and attached here.No water in th toilets too :( we feel very bad about the railways support and cleaning activities. Please find the attachment of my tickets and cockroachs at the train. Please take the necessary action for this worst support and clean seats and toilets with out any insects.                                     Dear Sir, I had booked ticket by third ac by Tirunelveli dadar chalukhya express leaving karur at 8.10 p.m on 04 th september for myself and my family.i had requested for boarding at salem as i had to attend to my ailing relative at salem.however as my relative was shifted to chennai in the last moment i had to change my programme and board at karur instead. The ticket checker who came to check ticket was explained by me politely about the position and requested by me to allow me to travel by same berth .He refused to listen to my pleadings and insisted on my getting down at erode and changing over to general compartment as mine was unauthorised travel.In the alternative he was insisting on a penalty for ticketless travel from karur to salem. I pleaded with him that i had already fare from karur and bert is also unoccupied, so i may be allowed to travel as i am a blood pressure patient and my fly including my wife was with me at that nightly hour, He refsed to listen to me and made me get down at erode and wait for more than half an hour at the platform with luggage, After lot of request he allowed me to travel by. the same compartment` The TC concerned was on AC compartment duty in the train up to salem and was a tall fellow with medium built..I was put to lot of mental and physical agony by concerned staff despite having paid full fare.I am a senior citizen and harrassment meted out to me calls for severe reprimand. I call for compensation of atleast Rs10000 for all my agony and wait for your satisfactory response.Please note i may be forced to move to consumer court in case i dont get a satisfactory resolution to my complaint Thanking you, With Regards Sampathkumar Sridaran
