I was trying to book a tatkal ticket on 31st August for 1st September from Tirupati to hyderabad. The timing showed Sabari express which would arrive tirupati at 00.35 am which showed up in the list of trains. I thought it was the ticket for 1st September since anytime after 12 midnight would be considered as date change. I went ahead and booked the ticket and when I received the date of journey as 2nd September. It was very confusing and how can 2nd september tatkal tickets were sold on 31st august. I had to lose the money and rebook another ticket. This is very dissappointing and made me unhappy with the services. Regards, Sri Lakshmi

    Unfurtanutally I have cancelled the ticket detail i.e. Transaction ID-[protected], PNR No-[protected], Train No & Name-14554/HIMACHAL EXPRESS, Date of Booking-29th Aug 2014, Date of Journey-30th Aug 2014 from NDLM to DLI but did not get any refund to my account after cancellation if there was 0 refund the ticket should not have cencelled and it should have warned for zero refund before cancellation. So I sincerely request the irctc authority to do some changes in the design of the software to protect the innocent and poor people to loose any money by mistake. Its a govt org and should heplful to the people of the country should not cheat the innocent people anyway. Regards Prabhu Prasad Pradhan

      For PNR : [protected], Dt.:[protected]travelled date) for Visakha Express (Tr.No.: 17016) the confirmed Bearths have been allotted as "S5-68 and SE1-35" for a couple. The coach positions are 11 and 22. The same arrangement have been issued to number of families for to-days journey. My complaint with the above is (a) How a couple with such allotment can occupy the Bearths with coaches located at 11th position and 22nd position at morning early hours of 00.02 departure from Gudivada station, where the halt time is 1 minute, and both people how to display the ticket with ID proofs at a time occupying in farth distant coaches. (b)There is no special coach display (i.e SE1 coach) and marking on the train compartment at mid-night, how people can occupy the Bearth. None of the on-duty Ticket collector able to help at the mid-night, and there is embarrassing atmosphere for all families who have faced the situation of such long train Expresses. None of the families could utilize the allotments and for-go the Bearth reservation, and almost all such special coach Bearths have been sold to general ticket (unreserved) holding passengers. (c)We deeply regret the Railways Un-ethical up-gradation of such wait listed passenger tickets of families, and expect justice, and necessary corrective action immediately.         Dated 30/08/2014, Train no 12666, southern railway, parcel way bill, from madurai to bhubaneswar, receipt no 137845 carrying a live hen was not delivered at the bhubaneswar railway station. That is a very costly hen bought for breeding purpose .The cost of that hen is 40, 000 INR. Due to negligence of railway staffs, I am suffering from heavy loss. Kindly locate my parcel as soon as possible else that hen will die inside the parcel if not delivered within 24 hours.           I travelled by Allahabad Duranto no 12293 on 25th August from LTT to Allahabad with ticket PNR no[protected] in 3 AC.The food served for dinner was of very poor quality and not palatable at all, especially the stale Panner Curry.When enquiresd, the staff informed that the Pentry Car does not have hot case.This is absolutely ridiculous and ill- treatment to the passengers.You are requested to look into the matter very seriously in order to improve services.             Hi, I have booked a tatkal ticket from Vskp to Sec on 30th for 31st Date of Journey, when i am booking the ticket the page navigated to Confirmation page where i could find the berth details and Coach Number, hoping that the ticket has booked i logged out from my account. After few hrs as i didnt reciece any msg to my mobile i checked the Booking history page and to my surprise i could find the ticket in booked history and found in the failed transactions history with Transaction ID [protected] .So i checked my bank statement and couldnt find any transaction to IRCTC. But i am pretty much sure that the page navigated to Confirmation page while booking. I hope there is a glitch or problem with the server. Please check from your side so that no other will be facing a similar problem in the future and make a hazardous travel like us.

              Dear sir, we are travelling in avantika exp. Train no. 12962/61 . But no stoppage in vapi station.train continuous run boriwali to valsad. We are living in silvassa, vapi also industrial area according to population . We are suffering to travelling from valsad. So we have requesting why not train do ( avantika exp.) Stop for 2 min. On vapi station.

                Dear Team, This is to bring into your notice that I have filed TDR for the PNR--[protected] within two hours of scheduled departure of the train which is 7:05am while the train departed by 8:15am on 15th July 2014. And later on railway repudiate that, since then I am following the same with [protected]@irctc.com / [protected]@irctc.com & on phone but no body is ready to give a resolution even I have talked to NR Zone, they are saying that your case is never been sent to us by care.                     I, Ghate N R passanger in train number 16589 from SBC to BELGAM, noticed that entire night at high speed huge hitting sound comming from wheels of S- 1 coach (13257). this matter has been notice to TC at HUBLI Jn. on 29th Aug.2014, Being a Sr. citizen I am always alloted S- 1 coach this is the 4th time I've complained to railway TC at HUBLI Jn. but so far nothing has been done. Pleese attend to it

                      I was travelling in bhuj dadar express 12960 on pnr no[protected], Birth no is S6-23. I got surprised by seeing cockroaches on my birth. I just remove him by hanky. But slowly slowly all his friends come together and start playing at that birth. Same problems happening in other births. I disappoint by this and worried about my food. You won't believe that by seeing this scene I didn't take dinner at that night. So I request you to look in this matter & resolve this problems asap.

                          Dear Team, I raised one cancellation for ticket dated :- 29-july-2014 and i raised TDR on the same day as Train was running late by 3 hrs but after one month i received a reply saying that passenger is travelled.. i don't know whether it's a verified update or due to high aging of this TDR they simply mentioned this verbose and close the case.i am continuously following up with customer care dept of IRCTC but they are telling that they don't have details related to that only indian railway will take care and after 1 month i completely understand about care. if any one is there who can help me regarding the cross check of this tdr status then i will be highly greatful for that.

                                  I can think this as the most stupid and irritating error that a web developer or ad poster can do. Please see the photo attached and you get to know what is the problem. The ad window comes in between and blocks the time/date selection!!! Unfortunately the time/date cannot be edited !!! it can only be selected from the drop down Calender !!

                                    I had file an TDR, details are below, PNR No : [protected] Date of Journey : 29-Jun-2014 Reason for TDR : After Charting no room provided. Cancellation ID : [protected] Registration no : DNR050714W05419 Yesterday TDR status changes to TDR Repudiate. And no reason was given for repudiate. My concern is, when i had not given seat, so why they are charging for the same. They should refund the money. Request you to please look into issue, as it is a serious concern. Thanks, Akhlesh gupta

                                    I had to travel from R to CKP on 20.01.15 via Train No. 18029, class 3A vide my PNR no. [protected] Trans ID [protected]. Train was diverted from our Boarding Station Raipur Chhattisgarh. The route changed via sambalpur, Angul. As i had to travel to CKP which was not in the diverted route. I step down the train at station in Raipur itself. The train departed from Raipur at around 22.15. I returned to my home & filled TDR via my phone at around 20.45 (20.01.15) with the reason that the train diverted and not touching destination.

                                    This is really frustating whenever file TDR through IRCTC portal it's got rejected without any logical reason. Train was delayed by more than 10 hours and passenger did not travel on booked ticket. Now it has been rejected by showing a reason that Ticket not surrendered/TDR not filed within time limit of 3 hours. Then why link is available after 3 hours of actual departure time. This is simply making fool to passenger. Please look into this matter and refund my money as early as possible. Details are below:

Being Senior citizens, I had to file TDR as the tickets did not get confirmed. They were in RAC. I had tried to book another train but in vain being holiday season. To my surprise, I found the status of the below mentioned transaction to be in "REPUDIATE". I do not understand, when my Parents have not travelled, how can IRCTC Charge us and say forcefully that we have travelled? This is not acceptable from such a big firm. I hereby request you to please refund as it was wrongly updated. I am sure, TT must have been enjoying the fare. Below are the transaction details,

                                    I have booked a ticket from Nasik road to Lokmanya Tilak terminus dated 12.05.2015 by Train no. 12144.( Since the train was more than 03 hours delayed from Source, so I purchased a general ticket (General Ticket attached) and travelled by other train.
                                    While filing TDR I have given the genuine reason that Train late for more than 03 hours & passenger not travelled. But the TDR got repudiated claiming " As per chart Passager has travelled " .

                                    How this is possible as i have attached both tickets for your kind perusal, kindly look into the matter & process the refund as per irctc rules.

                                    I booked ticket from Renuqoot (RNQ) to Rourkela (ROU) in Train no.- 18110 JAT-MURI-ROU exp., but this train running more than 8 Hrs. late, so I am not able to catch Train 18107 ROU-Koraput exp. In Rourkela railway station . Due to above reason myself put TDR but by mistake wrote their Train running three hours late. Reality is 18110 is running late. Kindly consider my problem and refund my amount.

                                    Everybody knows that due to very heavy rains in mumbai and nearby areas, almost all trains (running/scheduled) have been canceled. Train which I boarded has been terminated/canceled at Igatpuri (Maharashtra) railway station and I filed TDR in same date and within stipulated time. And IRCTC is giving response that your TDR has been repudiated as train has not been diverted. I am talking about termination and IRCTC talking about diversion. I believe, this will be in railway's office record. You can check the record. This is one of claws to provide the real information and genuine reason of the responses from your department.

                                      I had booked my ticket on 12 July 2014 for the journey on 19 July 2014 from Jodhpur to Ahemdabad for giving the competition exam of SBI clerk was held on 20 July 2014 at 1:00pm in Indus University. I still have a call letter of that exam. But when I reached railway station and wanted to go to my reserved seat, I shocked there is no seat which I reserved by IRCTC.My seat was allocated to someone else that person get reservation on that morning and I reserved that seat 7 day before than also that seat is allocated to someone else.I and my husband was totally sad and could not understand that what should be done next for this problem. Then I go to inquiry room and explained my problem in front of railway staff(clerk). But they also not give me a answer which satisfy me. They only told me that the ticket is cancelled by you. But that was so not true. I told about the proof but they don`t have any proof of cancellation of ticket.They also told me that this can't be happen and this is the case of this type they ever never faced Also my money is not refund to me. When I talk to TTC they told me that your ticket is stolen by cyber thief before data reach to the server that is why no body have a record I have all the proof of that reservation. Then I drop from the station. I went with my own vechicle which charged high I was in hurry and also don`t have any option except to hire that vechicle. I gave you a notice in form of this complaint and you have to sort out my problem.You have to give my whole travelling charge (including claim money)otherwise, I knock the door of consumer court against IRCTC.                                         sir, I travelled from Chennai Central to Nagpur on[protected] by Train No. 12669 (Ganga Kauveri Express, Coach No. S3 Seat No. 9, 10, 11) along with my aged mother and sister. I feel very poor maintenance in cleanness and Tube Light fused due to darkness my mother feld down in toilet and get sicked. Such a long travel trains are should be properly maintained or our people will loose the confidence in our Railway services. In my return journey I experienced more inconvenience. (Toilet, Old Compartment, Not Cleaned) (Train No. 22404 New Delhi - Pondicherry Express Coach No. S5 Seat No. 5 & 6) Kindly take my complaint and do the needful.
