Hi, I had filed TDR for PNR No. [protected] as Train was delayed more than 3 hours (almost more than 12hrs). the TDR has been marked failed "Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY". TDR status is "CR Repudiate". As train is delayed more than 3 hours passenger was not travelled. Date of Journey: 02-Sep-2014 21:10 hrs, TDR filed on 03-Sep-2014 07:16:44 HR. Also very very worst response from 139 as they were holding the call for more than 15 minutes and disconnecting the call without any reply. Regards Jagadeesh P

    Dear IR/IRCTC, The contractors of IRCTC ( Meals on Wheels ) demand not less that 200 rupess Bakshish (as what they call it) and keep on pestering and irritating the passengers for Money. In one such incident one of my co passenger was robbed of this purse containing money in the H1 compartment A cabin on the train that departed H Nizamuddin on 14-Sep-2014, Train No./Name: 22694 / BANGLORE RAJDHNI. The police complaint has been lodged and it is confirmed by the police to be the Handiwork of an IRCTC contractor ( Meals on Wheels ) who come in demand of Bakshish shamelessly. When refused to give the demanded money they resort to theft and robbery. Please do not spare these employed thieves. Regards Sandeep BN

      I was traveling in AC 3 tier coach (B1) of train no 12511-Raptisagar from thrissur to trivandrum on[protected], but had to suffer a lot of trouble due to mouse problem. The coaches are not clean. Found lot many cockroaches too.They were running around all the time. I hope railways will do something about this. Sigh

            I booked a confirmed tatkal ticket, however after booking it was reflected as 'Cancelled' and no refund since it is a confirmed tatkal ticket. I rebooked another ticket immediately due to urgency of my journey. Spoke to customer care but refused to help. Kindly help if i can get that refund.                   I had booked a ticket to chengannnur by netravadhi express which comes from lokmanya Tilak Terminal. When we asked the staff through phone they said it wil reach at 1.20 am. Again when we called at 11.40 am they said the same thing. So we left at 12 am and reached at 12.25 am.But when we reached, The train left at 12.20 am. Come on now..are we fools here to travel from.ponda to margao and listen to this unsensible talk. I know there s nothing sort of stuff which will happen in favour o[censored]s.. But still u got one of the pathetic service in India. Kindly delete all these online train tracker which is of no use to the public.. Thanks John Jacob [protected]

                    Jodhpur Jasalmer train Train no. 18410 Dep time 11.45pm Complaint lodged 12.15am [protected]@ 1.40am Toilet ugly non clean shabby No water Compartment also too ugly 9.9.2014 Though complaint was lodged nobody took care At last one passenger pulled chain and forced railway authority to clean toilets Instead railway security forced him to take to station But all passengers supported the guy They called upon scavenger to clean all toilets, but by then there was no water in the tank Then filled water & cleaned the chocked toilets & then the train departed

                      Hi On 2-9-2014 I booked Tickets from HYB To GTL The Transaction is failed I tried 2 Times But 2 time the transaction is failed The transaction No is below . 1.)                         Dear sir, one Person Mr.KIRAN KUMAR who sits in Bangalore Railway station with Big Board MAY I HELP YOU is unfit to the this type of job who doesn’t know basic courtesy that how to speak to customer /passenger and shows irresponsibility also he got mike for BIG MOUTH .He never start talk with SIR I have booked the ticket through online and For return ticket i haven’t got PNR no But payment has been deducted, so I went this person for enquiry and he rejected due to online booking not given the customer care no . we don’t know the his logic what is the difference if we book through online which is very easier /Faithfull . Since i have lost the money so i went another person and he send back to person who sits next to him and he also rejected and he avoided to give the callcentre no but Mr.Kirankumar interfered this discussion misbehaved with me . PUBLICS ABOUT TO BEAT HIM FOR IMPROPER RESPONSE AND MISBEHAVE, IF YOU CONSIDER THE CCTV RECORDS OF 10TH SEP .14 NIGHT 10 PM TO 11.30 PM YOU WILL COME TO KNOW . Due to urgency to the train we stopped to take further action, He still wanted to extend the discussion to create nonsense was acting like mad and thinking EGO /ARROGANT because of CENTRAL GOVERNAMENT EMPLOYEE who should be very professional . Since we don’t want waste our precious time by logging complaint in police station roaming for court to teach him how to behave with people, so i am logging complaint here .Please take an action & make sure good service for PUBLIC .

                          i have book the railway reservation ticket its pnr number is [protected] at the date of 27th aug2014.but it was cancelled at the date of 02nd sep 2014. but the refund amount was not back to my account .please check the details of my ticket transaction and getting back the refund amount to my account .my account details are no is [protected]

                              I booked the tickets money paid and it returned to irctc site and showing not processed try again. I checked in "Last pending Transaction History" it is showing "payment requested" when i click on transaction id, it is showing booked, but no PNR no. Please find following details: Transaction ID : [protected] Train No./Name: 12764 / PADMAVATI EXP Quota: TATKAL (CK) Date of Journey: 12-Sep-2014 Date Of Boarding: 12-Sep-2014 Class: SLEEPER CLASS (SL) From : KMT to TPTY I called customer care and explained the senario she said wait for 5 min if you get PNR then ticket is booked other wise no. I asked her take is as compaint she said I cant?? ONE QUESTION TO IRCTC GUYS IS, HOW CUSTOMER CAN PROCEED IN THIS SITUATION??? Firstly, we cant wait for 5 min since it is tatkal quota no tickets will be available.. Lets say if we dont wait and proceed for booking another ticket and let say PNR is generated for previous booking double money is wasted, since if we cancel ticket of tatkal no money refunding... Please do some thing.

                              Dear Sir,

                              With reference to transaction no. [protected] dated 10.01.2017 while booking ticket through irctc, an amount of Rs. 231 was deducted but ticket has not been booked/generated. Due to deduction I was unable to book ticket again.
                              Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                Hi, This is to inform that train number 12303 / POORVA EXPRESS was cancelled on 15th Aug, 2014. I had booked 2 tickets for the train. When I tried to cancel my ticket(as train was cancelled), it displayed train cancelled and I was not able to cancel the ticket, also i was not able to TDR for it as the ticket couldn't be cancelled. It has been more than 15 days, I haven't received the amount in my account. As, the IRCTC account didn't allow me to cancel the ticket and the train was cancelled, it is understood that IRCTC will refund my amount and I don't need to claim for it. But nothing of this sort has happened yet. Kindly do the needful. Transaction ID: [protected]

                                      I need to cancel one of my ticket booked by IRCTC website on 30-Aug-2014. As this train is running from Delhi station by 12 PM . Chart has been prepared at that location so was not able to file TDR or cancel my ticket. That is why on that day I was not able to do anything. So I have filed my TDR the very next day is 1-Sep-2014. Still railway not refunding my money. Please do needful in this case.
