06/09/2014 Wrong information provided by railway from IRSMSA PNR NO: [protected] I had booked tatkal waiting list ticket with pnr no.[protected] journey from KANKAVLI STN to THANE on Rajya Rani exp train no: 11004 date :4/9/2014 of journey .one day before get sms on my mobile ticket has been p1-RC, S6.47 P2-RC, S6.47 P3-RC, S6, 55 and chart has prepared than I check net pnr status same will be display departure time I check the status on net that time shown as W/L 61, W/L62, W/L 63 AND their after I saw the chart their was my ticket was not RC but showing was w/L that time I was shock of Indian railway mistake . I could not board the train because I was given wrong information provided by indian railway system . Not only I missed my train and 3 day has waste no reserved ticket was available due to gantipati festival rush.i am lossing on trust of Indian railway and time. so request you to Indian railway please give me those benefits of your mistake I am await you favorable responses’ Satish teli Mobile no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
