Dear sir I anita kumari had my agency code 21796772 in reliance nippon life insurance company limited. My licence no was 10067661. I applied for resignation which was accepted by the company on 04/12/2017 after a lot of formality. But still till today my pancard number bnjpk3816k is not detached with the company. So i request your excellency to kindly free my pancard from reliance nippon life insurance company and detach it. For this i shall be highly obliged sir.
