ITC — order not getting processed at classmateshop.com

This is regarding my order #[protected] at classmateshop.com. It's placed on 27-jul-2020, but i haven't received any update on the processing status. I sent few inquiries through classmateshop.com website (Via 'inquiry' section) - but no response. I contacted them through their facebook page - got a response that it'll get processed. But, today i'm seeing that the order status is updated to 'cancelled' from their website. I didn't receive any email/sms/call, and i don't know why it got cancelled. Not sure whether i'll get my money back if it was really cancelled. And, i don't know how to speak to them as no contact number is mentioned over the website.
