Dear sir, Upon closer look at your refunds realised that the refund send to my original bank “iob” has been timely received and all those refunds which either are sent to the wrong banks viz itz and paytmsdk or are not shown to be sent at all. Am currently waiting for the bank to release the money, after which, I will mark this refund as Resolved. Could you send the following for both refunds asap to resolve this issue: 1. BANK TRANSACTION REFERENCE ID 2.
