Had approached a company named ITZEAZY.COM for some RTO related service. I needed to get the change of ownership of my vehicle no. HR26AQ2036 in the Gurgaon (haryana) and new RC on my name for which I submitted all the concerned original documents to this company and also paid Rs 3500 as 50% advance fee.

They had informed me that the work will get done in 25 to 30 days maximum but it has been a 40 days now and upon inquiring they are not picking up my calls on the same. . My originals are gone along with money and I am stuck with them. Kindly help me in retrieving my documents and money back from this company.

    I had approached iteazy.com for changing my name in my driving license. The team agreed to get it done in 10-15 days and asked for an advance payment. I paid them 1000 rupees in advance on 23rd september 2017. It's november 13th, 2017 when i am lodging this complaint and no update from itzeazy team. I have got all the mail conversation with them as proof.in the mail, they always keep telling it will be done in next 3-4 days but no progress...
