I had placed a order of RTO road tax payment with ITZEAZY for Hyderabad location on 02 Jan, 2023.

I also have provided them amount of Rs 1000 as advance. Now its almost 11 months passed and there's no update from them. I had raised several tickets, but the response comes is that - pay the tax or we working onto it. I don't know how can I pay the road tax when I don't know where to pay and how much to pay.
Now I had raised request with them to return back my 1000 Rs, but for that as well they are not ready and asking to check with the agent(which should be done from their end since its their agent) and pay the amount.
ITZEAZY is acting so much careless and not willing to close this work and return back my amount.

Company name says Itzeazy… but its really really difficult to deal with

I was transferred from Pune to Goa and approached Itzeazy... for my car RC transfer on my name. I have paid initial advance (forget about money, that's a different story) in the month of November 2022., and believe me, today (30th Oct 2023) I had new RC in my hand. It took 1 year...why?
1. Itzeazy will follow up with you rigorously until you make first payment and book a service with you... after that they don't call at all... even to confirm if I hand over the necessary documents with them or not. Believe me, in my case, I have whatsapp them the documents that I have, they told that these documents are sufficient, rest of them they will manage. (For managing they charge extra, beware of the fraud)
2. Even when you call them, they don't respond at all, they don't pick up the calls. After 1 or 2 months, luckily if they lift the call, they say that "this document is missing, that document is missing.etc". When I told that they during service booking you also charged for managing this document...they will say, no sir, it became very difficult to manage.etc.etc.
3. Once they get necessary documents, they will say we will apply in RTO office, today, tomorrow.etc. But what they will do is, they will handover all this work to another 3rd party (in my case its Bhavan Enterprises in Pimpri Chinchwad area)... and now, you need to follow up these 3rd party guys. God knows when they will do. No priority...in the meantime, the 3rd party also will not work, until their payment comes from Itzeazy...
4. By the way, this 3rd party will also ask for few more documents, which you need to courier them multiple times...
5. Itzeazy will not not pickup our calls in the meantime. Their operation executive Mrinalini madam... or their customer centric team like Anusha madam (who rigorously followed up to book the service)... nobody will respond...believe me you will fed up and leave hopes.
6. All my originals are with them, made full payment, so I cant withdraw services... and finally you will loose hope. Nothing will move forward. It took me an year exactly.
Instead of that, if you go to Government offices personally, it may be finished in 1 or 2 months maximum.
DONT GO TO ITZEAZY, you will be sacked...

I have applied on 5th August.
It's been 2 months now no progress.
Taken my original document and advanced money. There is a lady called bhumika and deepika. Not responding calls did not give any time line.
Now I am stuck my original document is taken away and no update.

I am waiting for NOC since more than 1 year. Apr 2022.They are so dumb that no response and cut the call abruptly and no return back on status. such a worst service.[protected].

I opted for removal ofhypothecation from RC for Delhi. They charged full amount for the service in the beginning and took all my original documents including RC. I have't received the updated RC yet. They are responding to my messagesas well.

I requested for NOC from Koramangala (Bangalore) for my Two wheeler.

I paid the 50% amount of 1700/ in advance as per requested by your executive Anisha.

I sent all the required documents and Original RC Book to them.

It has been 3 months now and I don't see any progress/update from your side. The agent is not even picking the call and responding to messages. No one even responding to the complain number shown in their website (Complain - [protected]).

Whenever I raise the complaint through their portal, I am getting any new date of completion (they are keep on changing the completion date for any new ticket)

Really Horrible service and really not sure what happened to my Original RC Book.

I had come across their site which mentioned that they provide different services related to RTO. I needed to get my DL renewed, hence further checked with the agent for details on the same. They asked me for soft copies of Aadhar and DL which I shared with agent. Post that received response that the documents are fine to proceed with renewal of DL.

Forced to write here after trying too hard to get update on my case.
I applied for my Vehicle NOC ( Scooter & Car) on 11th March 23 as i had to move from Chennai to Bangalore.
Before that i was getting daily calls from their executive Anisha till i made the payment. As soon i made payment that lady completely blocked me & stopped responding my calls & messages. i was calling daily to get my documents to be picked but no response...

I applied for NOC for my 4 wheeler from Maharashtra via ItzEazy on 6th Feb. They gave me a timeline of 15 days. It is already 42 days and now the date of completion shows in 4th May on their website.
They have taken my ORIGINAL RC and 2250Rs.

Timeline told by itzeazy.in was 15 days

6th feb - Paid 2250
14th Feb - Documents couriered
20th March - Already 42 days since I started on 6th Febbr...

I have placed my order with ItzEazy.com on 21st May 2022 for a Birth Certificate. I was informed by the relationship manager that the job will be completed in one month's time. It is now more than 9 MONTHS and there has been no progress.

Everytime I raise a complaint on their website or send them a mail, the expected date of delivery gets extended by a month. The expected date of job completion has been changed 9 TIMES till now!!!

All the required documents have been submitted and the full payment has been made. My request for refund is also no heard by them.

I have lost hope of getting the job completed by this company.

I contacted ITZEAZY on Jan 2 2023 for payment of Road Tax in Hyderabad for my bike.

ITZEAZY support logged HBDRTAX40 on Jan 2 2023 and I paid the advance amount Rs 1000. ITZEAZY had confirmed me that request will be completed in 15-20 days and gave me a contact of Hyderabad who will assist in payment of road tax.

Now since since a month but there is no update from ITZEAZY. They are not replying to my calls, messages and emails.

I don't know whether anyone is there who can check and assist.

I have taken the ITZEAZY service for my sister's car transfer from Pune to Bangalore (re-registration in Bangalore).
It has been 2 months since they have collected my original documents and Rs 3500 from me. But still the documents have not yet been submitted to the RTO.
Everyday I have been calling the spoc Ms Tamanna from ITZEAZY but she is helpless as she is not able to get any updates from the backend team.
I am literally highly frustrated and tired of following up with them. I asked to return my original documents, they are not even responding to it.
If they cannot provide the service they are holding my original documents illegally.

it has been 2 months after the 50% advance payment still no update on the hypothecation removal process. called Mr. Gaurav and Mrinalini. they are responding rudely and every time raise false commitment.
Operation support complaint number i tried but nobody pick up the phone..
i required to sell the car as i have to use that money for sister marriage.
ITZEAZY make me mentally ill and i am very depressed due to their unethical behavior.
they spoiled my two months. Please help me in this issue.

I sent my original RC with full payment of 4500 to Itzeasy to get NOC for my bike transfer from Bangalore RTO.

It's been more than 3.5 months but they are not at all responding and not giving my original document back.

If we all can group up and file fraud case against ItzEazy in Lajpat Nagar station, and that'd be the solution .

This is a long story, thanks to this amazing company called Itz Easy (which makes your life anything but easy).

Itzeazy.com has fraudulent approach of services where they collet money in advance posing its an authentic and secure website / company, but they never serving to the orders. Its kind of scam.
I paid Rs.5500 in July 2022, for driving license delivering to door step. A relationship manager was assigned for my case, called Pooja[protected]. I am mentioning these names and numbers, because they already are absconding and changed their...

I have book 2 RC transfer service with them in the month of July. They asked me to transfer 50% payment in advance so I paid 9000 for both the orders. After that they stop answering my calls. Raised so many complain in their portal which they promise to resolve by 24 hours but no solution.
Because of this NOC get expired and I need to pay[protected] each NOC) as penalty. Finally I get the RC transfer done by different vendor. Now its been 5 months and I am asking for refund from them and they are not giving any response.

My contact person was Ankit Agarwal. I even contact the CEO Himanshu KK on linkedIn but he is also not responding.

They keep changing their portal and sometime show 4500 paid sometime show pending but I have account transfer details with me.

I need full refund of 9000 + 2000(extra Penalty which paid due their process delay).
