Dear Sir/Madam,

I have availed ItzEazy service to re-register my 2 wheeler from Karnataka to Telangana. I have made 50% of payment in month of Sep 2021 and till date only vehicle inspection (on 2nd Nov 2021) was done.

When I called support/sales team, all I have been hearing is, they will get back to me within 15 mins or sales operations will call you within 2 working days -- I am still waiting for call back...

I am an NRI residing in Canada currently. I have approached Itzeazy.com(https://www.itzeazy.com/) to provide a DL extract, they agreed. They have agreed to deliver the document within October 23 2021. I have sent them the documents required and paid all the fees in advance. The last response from them was on October 11, 2011, informing me that work is expected to be completed on October 23. However, they haven't responded to any of the follow-ups...

I had requested for my RC cancellation in Jan 21 as my car was gone in total loss because of some accident. However still there is no update from ItzEasy about my request. They only say "Your work completion date is extended" whenever I ask them for an update. Now they have stopped responding as well. After all this I asked them to please return all my original documents and money so that I can do it myself but they are not doing so... This...

I have registered with above goven firm for my RC transfer on 17/08/2021 but till today they not completed my work.today u got a mail saying that my request was extended till 05/11/2021. They are not at all responding properly..they have chraged me 50% of amount.

These guys have taken half money 1200/- and my original Documents, the girl who was handling my case was Pooja from itseazy. Now she don't pick any of my calls and when I try to call company itself, the guys says we are from sales team and will inform support team to respond to me, but don't give me support teams no. Neither responds me back. I believe there is no support team either. Guys don't fall for trap go yourself for all of these...

I am writing this after continuous harassments by ItzEasy agents.
I availed their service of vehicle ownership transfer on 2nd June 2021 and they initially committed to process this request within 30 days, then after 30 days they delayed by 15 and after 15 day they delayed it again. Its been more than 80 days now and the work has not been done yet. They took the hefty fee upfront and now the agent has stopped taking my calls and neither...

I have contacted Itzeasy on FEB16 2021 for my RC transfer. I have completed all the process and done all the payments. But I have not received my RC. I have checked with RTO and they have sent the RC to the ITZEASY Agents. I am trying to reach the ITZEASY people from last one month and there is no response to my calls or emails.
I have paid 8000 rupees as there service charge. 4000 NEFT transfer and 4000 in cash to the agent....

Its been 4 months, i have been chasing with itzeazy for rc transfer. They have taken full money and vehicle RC . After multiple followup, no one is responding. Not even their CEO. Its just once they responded that its inprogress but no action. Some one should take action against this company....

Open Fraud in name of RTO services

There is this Shady Company Called ITZEASY For Miscellaneous RTO Work. I Had Mistakenly Involved Them For One Of My RC Transfer For A Car Bought From A Friend. These Guys They Took No Real Progress For Weeks. There Was A Clear Refund Policy But That Was Not Honoured At All. Instead They Presented Fraudulent Document Claiming The Refund Was Done.

I have applied for the NOC around on October, 2020 (around 8 months back). Initially the representative was responding very fast and asked for the 50% amount (Rs: 1500/-) of their service charge. My name is Shreehari and residing in Bangalore. I had applied for DL renewal in the month of November 2020 with ItzEazy.

But this organization was incompetent and incapable to renew my DL. So i got it done from local agent near my home.

As i had already paid Rs.2000. i am asking for refund of the amount since December. But still i have not got any refund....

Shruti was contacted for NOC for jaipur for maruti Wagon R MH12DE426. she directed to make 50% payment and send documents to pune to Sh Nandu Gaekwad.
The money was deposited and documents dent to Sh Nandu at Pune.
Inspite of daily requestssince last one week, on Shruti mobile no [protected] and call center no [protected] no progress or satisfactory reply has been received.
