I applied for NOC for my car transfer from Pune. The sales guy from ItzEazy Pankaj[protected] was quick enough to ask for documents and half money in June 2022. I paid them the money and documents, however after I paid up, they stopped responding. Neither Phone calls nor emails are answered. Sometimes I got connected to customer care, they promised to come back but it never happened. Only now I am reading that many others are fraud victims.

I have opted itzeasy service on Aug 30 2022, to cancel my NOC, i have 3500 in advance and provided my original bullet RC as well.

When I tried to contact itzeasy support team, they are not responding and not picking the call.

Please assist how to proceed on this issue with itzeasy company.

Hypothecation removal advance payment was made based on very promising website and feedback on google reviews (most likely paid reviews) after providing the advance amount they did not act and stopped picking up the call. later I could see many sam/similar complaints online.

It looks like a very standard practice to loot the money.

Subjected order is for vehicle NOC and it's over 6 months and work not complete yet.. Customer service is unreachable and un responsive over phone and email..No one is interested is getting the work done except ofcourse the customer

I had to add backlog entry for my driving l license. I called itzeazy for doing this work.

I did advance payment of INR 2000 and then i was told it will be done in max 15 days and now they have stopped clicking calls Ankita and Jayanthi specifically.
I added CEO Himanshu as well in the complaint email still no action taken.
The completion date have been extended by 10 more days.
This only one message I got. Kindly complete my work asap or refund my money.

I have submitted my original RC to itzeazy in 2019 for applying noc and also additional documents. no response from them. kindly help me. now I don't have original RC card. these itzeazy playing with people.

I had to transfer my vehicle from Haryana to Karnataka. i raised a ticket at ItzEazy. The Sales person (Pankaj) told me to make advance payment of INR 6500. and then i was told document are not proper and they cant take the process further and they will refund my money.
But since then even after sending multiple email, texts to Pankaj and to ItzEazy no response from him.
Even i have raised multiple tickets for Refund and escalation tickets. but there is no response from the service team as well. their support number doesnt work.
This is fraud from ItzEazy

RC hypothecation removal service was fully paid for by me with UPI rs 3000.

Gaurav singh rathod was the RM. He had stopped taking calls or responding on mail.

Umesh (the guy who sits the RTO work in Delhi has to be threatened with an FIR via their customer care lady, Mrinalini (she is WFH Lucknow)

Now payment is pending at RTO and Umesh is absconding and lying that the CEO, Himanshu makes the...

I have subscribed for this company itzeazy service on 24th May for my Bike NOC in Bangalore, As my husband got transferred to Noida, I have to shift. Itzeazy has asked for all documents (Original Vehicle RC ) with service charges of Rs 3000/-, I have made payment of Rs 1500/- and rest amount need to be paid once service has been completed (as per agreement).
I got message 2 weeks back the service has been completed and I have paid rest amount (Rs 1500/-) I have immediately paid that but now they are not responding when they are going to dispatch the vehicle RC papers. They are not responding on mails neither on phones. Now the problem is I can't use my bike as the vehicle RC is not available to me. Also this is an original document if it will be lost then it may create further problems.
This is completed harassment during this service as their service was pathetic and it disturb me mentally.
please help me .

Booked an order on 9th May by order no. DELRTHP3621 for HP deletion of my car in Delhi. Paid Rs 3000 fee in advance vide Instamojo ID no. MOJO2509205A12251492. Documents were collected by them through DTDC courier. It has been one month despite several calls and four tickets raised on their site there is no update. Their website now shows no payment made when I login. The customer support girls when reached act sympathetic but all are in the fraud. Legal action is required against them.

Agreement number- GGNMARE1877 mode of payment- online date of payment- 2/3/22 reg mobile number-[protected] reg email [protected]@gmail.com Consumer approach for making marriage certificate in itzeazy documents provider on 16/2/22 and he provide all the documents by email but they not response to consumer message and he 5000 rs. now he want refund money but company is not responding. Mrinali always said its in process and they are not picking the call.

Dear Sir,
This is bring to notice that I was duped of 1500 advance payment made for NOC service for ap RTO.
After realising it was not trustworthy within 1 day I request ed to cancel the service since I could not trust them with my RC book.
Now they are not responding to any mail or messages.Its not amount but want everyone to be aware how this company with online presence is duping customers all over India.High time government takes action against them so that innocent customer s are not duped.

I contacted itzeasy for hp termination of my car.paid money in advance and share all the documents. After that no updates from itzeasy.when i call they don't pick, when I send email will get response once in a while and that is 'under process' . It has been 4 months now and still I don't know what is the status. When I checked reviews, came to know that it is a fraud company and thousands of clients have similar experiences. This cheating company is still functioning and still cheating people

I have contacted Itzeasy for ownership transfer. From beginning they asked me to pay money. I have paid full amount 2700 but after seeing their response. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund money. My order is in initial stage they have yet to pickup my documents. But now they are denying to refund money.
Such a unprofessional people managing this website. It should not be in Google suggestions.

I approached Itzeasy for transfer of ownership of my Honda City car and paid Rs. 3, 000/- for the same.
After several weeks of following up, I found out that the transfer had failed due to some mistake at their end. I approached them for a refund and sent them details of my bank account as well on March 31st, 2022.
After this, they again stopped answering calls or responding to emails. I continued to follow up with them frequently.
After many follow ups, finally I was committed a refund of my Rs. 3, 000/- by a certain Ms. Nikita, on email, by 30th April 2022.
Now it is 5th May and the refund has still not been done.
Also, now they have stopped answering calls or responding to emails.
This is a completely fraudulent company and their CEO Himanshu KK should be taken to task by the authorities.

I had applied for my refund on 12th Feb 2022 and till today i haven't received anything from Itzeazy, there was not a single call or email from Itzeazy no one really bothered to give me any update, everytime i initiated the call and i get to hear nonsense excuses from the customer support.

I had called the customer support plenty of times however there was not a single time when i was reassured by anyone.

I would like to strongly complain and criticize Mrinalini, a pathetic and brainless customer support executive and a disgusting lady who doesn't know her job, instead of providing me with a solution she initiated the argument, degraded and demeaned me.

Ankita Agarwal & Jayanti two other stupid women are not receiving my calls, i have no idea whom to contact

I spoke to Meenakshi yesterday who again gave me comfort saying that she will act on it and get back to me, I am still waiting for her call. I never received a call from anyone from Itzeazy

no one is ready to put in any effort it is just a bunch of futile and hollow people working

On26th Feb I approched itzeasy.com for HP Deletion at RTO office, Mr Pankaj (sales) told they can do it in 15 days. They will charge 2500 rs for the service. I told OK and I paid RS2500/- they picked the docs from home. After pick-up Sonia (operations ) told it takes 30 days to get back docs.
