I have contacted Itzeasy on FEB16 2021 for my RC transfer. I have completed all the process and done all the payments. But I have not received my RC. I have checked with RTO and they have sent the RC to the ITZEASY Agents. I am trying to reach the ITZEASY people from last one month and there is no response to my calls or emails.
I have paid 8000 rupees as there service charge. 4000 NEFT transfer and 4000 in cash to the agent.

Its been 4 months, i have been chasing with itzeazy for rc transfer. They have taken full money and vehicle RC . After multiple followup, no one is responding. Not even their CEO. Its just once they responded that its inprogress but no action. Some one should take action against this company.

Hi, I had given an amount of ₹3000 for HP deletion services in the month of March 2021, after several follow ups since we then, in end of June 2021, someone named Mitali mentioned that my amount would be refunded soon.. it’s 20th July 2021, I’m still following up and today on calling their customer care their call centre representative asked me to
Wait for refund.. without specifying the no of days for it ?

Very very unprofessional company, can somebody help me to file a formal complaint on this company

Dear Mitali/Nisha/Anuj/Jasmeen

A) Pending work:

1)Providing smart RC Book
2) New Number plate with India Logo

As per your(Mitali) prompt action after complaining in your web sites, DD has been submitted on 17th July 2021 which have been completed in June 2021 itself.

B) Scope of work as per agreement:

As per agreement I had to Rs. 12, 000/ +Road tax. Scope under rs. 12, 000/ were:

1) Providing new smart card
2) Providing new number plate(2 nos.)
3) Address change
4) Door services

So the amount against 1, 2 & 3 should be paid/refunded to me (Rs.137/+Rs.400+Rs. 600/+number plate providing). You may refer Jasmeen first offer.

Hence you are advised to refund the above stated amount by abiding the contract agreement.

C) Paid extra due to your Delayed/No action:

Kindly refer Jasmeen first offer and subsequent to acceptance given to Anuj as Jasmeen left/were on long leave and she advised me to contact Itzeazy other representative and Anuj came into picture. Anuj informed/pressurised me that he will provide Form 20, 27, 33 only after making 50 % payment. I could have downloaded all forms online but thought ultimately order has to be given to Itzeazy only so I paid the same in the month of April 2021. I received all forms, filled, duly signed and submitted to Anuj in April 2021 after long and horrible follow up which I will explain in next para. Lock down imposed in Bangalore and opened on 15th June 2021(up to 2 pm and RTO office was working very fine). Again after long and horrible follow up with lot of tension and mental agony he responded and original documents handed over in June 2nd week.

Again after so many follow up she(Nisha) has sent mail for making DD which was higher than RTO invoice. Again after so many follow up Nisha called after one week and connected Jakir Sarif and he satisfied me. DD was made on 3rd July.I informed the same to Nisha/Anuj. Again no response received from your company(Anuj & Nisha) and ultimately I had to lodge complaint in your web site and DD was submitted to RTO office. Due to this delayed action I had to pay more than Rs. 3000/ extra.

D) No communication/delayed response:

Every time I was sending message through SMS, Whats-app, mail, phone call but not getting response at all. This is very much horrible to me and it put me under mental tension/agony.

E)Suggestion:

Kindly don't show this type of attitude/behavior /non communication with customer in future at all.

Also make your system transparent and give proper, timely and correct information to your customer.

F) Conclusion:

The work should have been completed in June 2021 easily had your representative worked properly and acted promptly/timely. And I could have saved more then Rs 3000/. All such delay and extra payment is attributable to you/Itzeazy.

I am not happy at all with your services.

Lastly I hope you will complete the pending work and will return/refund the amount stated above soon.

No Update on Birth certificate since 1 month

I have applied for Birth certificate 2 months back and no update regarding it.

The ITZEASY person who use to contact me has switched off mobile number

Open Fraud in name of RTO services

There is this Shady Company Called ITZEASY For Miscellaneous RTO Work. I Had Mistakenly Involved Them For One Of My RC Transfer For A Car Bought From A Friend. These Guys They Took No Real Progress For Weeks. There Was A Clear Refund Policy But That Was Not Honoured At All. Instead They Presented Fraudulent Document Claiming The Refund Was Done.

Pooja ([protected]) was inovlved in the deal.

I have provided the documents on 01/06/21 to Mr. S S Pal but i have not yet received acknowledgement or NOC of the vehicle no. HR51V-2254.

I have applied for the NOC around on October, 2020 (around 8 months back). Initially the representative was responding very fast and asked for the 50% amount (Rs: 1500/-) of their service charge. And, after few days they asked for the original documents of my vehicle through courier. After the receipt of the documents, they are not responding properly and neither of the NOC document nor the originals are being returned to me. My name is Shreehari and residing in Bangalore. I had applied for DL renewal in the month of November 2020 with ItzEazy.

But this organization was incompetent and incapable to renew my DL. So i got it done from local agent near my home.

As i had already paid Rs.2000. i am asking for refund of the amount since December. But still i have not got any refund.

Shruti was contacted for NOC for jaipur for maruti Wagon R MH12DE426. she directed to make 50% payment and send documents to pune to Sh Nandu Gaekwad.
The money was deposited and documents dent to Sh Nandu at Pune.
Inspite of daily requestssince last one week, on Shruti mobile no [protected] and call center no [protected] no progress or satisfactory reply has been received.
Please let me know the present status of NOC for Jaipur in respect of Wagon R MH 12 DE 426

I had approached Sales executive Shruti contact no [protected], for NOC of Maruti Wagon R No MH12 DE 426 for Jaipur. She advised to send the documents to their representative Sh Nandu R Gaekwad at Pune.
I have send him the required documents to him for further progress. I have been trying to contact Shruti since last 4 days but she ia not picking up . I had also been contacting Call center on mobile no [protected] since last four days to enquire the progress but no satisfactory reply has been received.
I want confirmation of the documents and progress of the NOC for JAIPUR for MH12 DE 426

Dear team,

I had applied for my DL renewal with ItzEazy on 24th November and it was promised to get my DL renewed within 15 days. I had also paid an amount of 2074 for this service. But till today there is no response from ItzEazy.
I had sent lot of mails to ItzEazy staf[censored]rvashi who was handling my DL renewal case.
As they are not able to renew my DL, i have asked to refund the amount, as i am getting it done from other vendor. But there is no response from ItzEazy on this.

Kindly refund my amount as early as possible.

I contacted ITZEAZY to get a duplicate RC, they did not contact after payment. After several attempts one person hit me up and asked for details and that’s about it. No response after that and no solution. It’s been over a year now. I’ll start over the process and I’ll also start with legal action against ITZEAZY

Respected, I wish to get NOC for transfer of my car DL8CL 3158 registered in name of Dr Aviral Gupta, and hence applied it thru your vebsite and paid the advance Re 1500/-.Miss Diksha contacted me in this context .I have given all requisite documents and I received a mail stated that documents have been deposited in 23/10/20.Number given to me is DELRTNO 4364.
ON 29/11/20 I received a mail from itseasy stated that all work is done and you will be receiving hard copy by 25/11/20.After that I received no communication from your side, I sent several emails requesting for the NOC and status update, I to my disguise I received no communication from your side, I contacted Miss Diksha also on ohine and WhatsApp but she is not responding.I am in a catch 22 situation and don't know whom to contact regarding this as there is no reply whatsoever from your side .It has already been 45 days since you applied for me and your commitment bid for maximum 30 days .More over there is no active response from your side .
I need the papers urgently for further processing.Kindly look into it and get it done in urgent basis .

This is a company that claims to make government documentation services easy. But in fact they have no idea what they are doing and neither do they have an iota of professionalism. They took money from me for transfering the ownership of a 4 wheeler i purchased. They got me to submit all my documents. And since then have not responded to me. It has been more than 5 months that they have my original papers and now they have lost it. Do not use them for anything! Do not trust them with your money and do not submit anything with them. This company is takes no responsibility for safe guarding your documents.

I had contacted 'itzeasy.com' for helping me in registering my car here in thane. The charges were 14000+ road tax. After paying the agreed upon rs7000, the team from itzeasy forwarded my documents to a local agent. I was asked to contact this agent to complete rest of the registration process (And pay the remianing rs7000 to the agent himself).
When i did visit the above agent, he said he had only received the documents from 'itzeasy.com' but no money was given to him (Agent charge was rs 13000). So i then and there contacted itzeasy representative (Vinay) and discussed this issue of not having paid the agent the fees. Vinay asked me to pay rs.6000 to the agent (And rest after work completion) and agreed to refund me the same amount. This agreement was later acknowledged in mail (Which i have attached) and 'itzeasy.com' promised to return the above amount by the 5th of march 2020. But after repeated follow up they continued to ignore me. On 21st july 20, i threatened to take legal action on which they replied they would look into it and resolve the issue by the 10th august 2020. And as i had expected on 10th august there were no replies from them. Thus i am forced to raise this complaint as they refuse to pay me what is rightfully due to me from them.
I request you to please look into the matter. I am attaching the mail chain and conversation with the itzeasy.com company representative.

Itzeazy is a company who provides the rto service at doorstep.
I opted for noc of my friend's bike. They asked me the scanned copy of all the required forms and documents, after verification they told me to pay initial amount of ₹1100 and said, someone from his company will come to pickup the documents.
I followed up for 2-3 months with them but nobody came to pickup the documents and they stopped responding to my mails.
They are not refunding the money now.

They took initial amount of Rs 3000 from me for DL renewal but they didn't start the renewal process as they were unable to get NOC from my nayive state. So they closed the case immediately.While taking money they did not tell me that they have no services in my native state. Only after taking money they informed me that.
Now they are not returning my deposit money. It's been more than a month that I have been reminding them to return my money. They do not reply to my emails. They do not attend my calls. Do not trust them at all.

I applied for Bike NOC for transfer from Bangalore to Durg through Itzeazy.com
All the documents and payment was done by me in January 2018. It is end of September now but I have still not received my NOC. Also on asking the Itzeazy people keep telling lies about the status of NOC.
I have all the proofs and email chains to prove their lies. I am really frustrated as they are not even responding the my mails now.
