I had applied for my refund on 12th Feb 2022 and till today i haven't received anything from Itzeazy, there was not a single call or email from Itzeazy no one really bothered to give me any update, everytime i initiated the call and i get to hear nonsense excuses from the customer support.

I had called the customer support plenty of times however there was not a single time when i was reassured by anyone.

I would like to strongly complain and criticize Mrinalini, a pathetic and brainless customer support executive and a disgusting lady who doesn't know her job, instead of providing me with a solution she initiated the argument, degraded and demeaned me.

Ankita Agarwal & Jayanti two other stupid women are not receiving my calls, i have no idea whom to contact

I spoke to Meenakshi yesterday who again gave me comfort saying that she will act on it and get back to me, I am still waiting for her call. I never received a call from anyone from Itzeazy

no one is ready to put in any effort it is just a bunch of futile and hollow people working

On26th Feb I approched itzeasy.com for HP Deletion at RTO office, Mr Pankaj (sales) told they can do it in 15 days. They will charge 2500 rs for the service. I told OK and I paid RS2500/- they picked the docs from home. After pick-up Sonia (operations ) told it takes 30 days to get back docs. Since I already paid whole amount, I though OK to wait for 2 more weeks. when I approched on April2nd, Sonia told new revised date as April20th and she is working on it. When I approched on 20th She told new revised date as April26th. When I check Vahan web page (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/) I observed docs returned back by RTO office on March 22nd, when I informed and asked where the documents, there is no clear answer. Now Sonia told they can give it by April30th, but they not updated where my docs. There is no clear response from any of them from helpdesk (team commit they will update in 2Hrs but they never revert back). Now I am planning to file a police case for cheating and wasting customer time & troubling so much as there is no assurence from the company that the documents are safe

I placed an order for transferring NOC for my bike on March 30th, 2022.

The case was assigned to one Gaurav Singh Rathor (+91 [protected]) from ItzEasy team who insisted on paying 50% advance payment for the NOC services of 3000.

Once I placed the order (GPay to [protected]@indus), he took my RC details and shared a form which was incorrectly filled. I frustratingly went to RTO website and did the NOC application form myself, post which he agreed to use my filled form instead of the incorrect one shared by him.

This is where it gets fishy. The associate isn't responding to the mails, calls. even the service support resolution is a textbook response of "we will reach out to you within 24 hours" which they never do.

The advance payment is also not updated in the account. It's still showing payment pending. I am aghast by the services and have lost trust in their people and processes completely.

No work has happened with regards to my case as well. Would like to have the complete refund.

I made an advance payment of Rs. 1500/- for obtaining an NOC for 2 wheeler from Bengaluru to Hyderabad in December 2021, and summitted the documentation along with original RC. In spite of repeated follow ups, the organization hasn't delivered on its commitment nor refunded the advance paid with the original documents especially the RC Book. Their call centre, e-mails etc. seem to suggest of an absolutely lax approach, managed by a bunch o[censored]pstarts who seem to have no sensitivity to any one.
I would be grateful if I can get back the original RC along with documentation, and full refund of advance paid.

Organization is neither returning the original RC and refund of advance paid. They are not delivered the NOC which they were asked for.

Itzeazy is keep on changing the commitment of work. They are not responding after getting the payment of 2500. Especially Ankita never responds for phone calls as she always busy in phone calls. Even with out proper knowledge they keeps on delaying work and demanding more money for completing work. they got my document and demanding 1500 rupees for delivering it to my address. So no comment of work and charges. So totally a pathetic experience.

My name is Kundan Raj and I made the full payment of INR 2850 to ItzEazy on April 17th, 2021 for a two wheeler(KA53EL 2467) NOC(from KR Puram RTO Bangalore to Muzaffarpur RTO).
For 10+ months this organization just committed fraud on the name of NOC and not returning my original RC of my 2-wheeler.
Now I just want my original RC and money back, but these fraud guys are not returning that also as if the papers belong to their father.

Itzeazy has such naïve and fraud sales representative like "PANKAJ", "KUNAL" and all other representatives involved in this process(all are fraud ppl).

Its been more than 10+ months, I have not got any update on my NOC, Original RC and money and stupid sales person "Pankaj", "Kunal" or ItzEazy contact number are not picking up my calls and neither replying to my emails.

Itzeazy is a fraud, cheater and scamster company!!!

I need my Original RC and money refund. Is there a way I can get a help

January 4th I made the payment after they verified my documents are ok to process and on 11th I couriered the document to the address they directed to.
Post that event the respective didn't reply any updates, after many emails no response, then post customer care complaint, the representative replied on 24th January saying, the RTO is working slow due to covid, since I found suspicious, I contacted the address I sent the documents, which was a driving school, the owner replied the document is idle since ITZEAZY didn't pay them and not replied to their quotation regarding the document processing fees. Which I complained to customer care, no reply from them too, then today again drafted a email that I needed my refund, since no work is processed and your staff is just cooking up the story and the driving school assigned for work returned the document to me, since ITZEAZY didn't pay them.

The representative replied the email stating same story that RTO has some problem due to covid etc... Same stories.

I replied them to refund me within 7 working days, else I complain them in consumer court and also I wanted to complaint such scamming loop hole to cyber crime by such online agency dragging time and scamming people without any work.

I had paid Rs.2500/- to them on Nov 2nd, 2021 for providing service with regard to removal of hypothecation on my car from Bangalore RTO office.
Since they did not provide the service even after repeated reminders I asked them to refund the money paid. They agreed to refund the money, but said as per their company policy it will take 30 days. I waited for 30 days and again started following up with them. But still have not received a positive response. It seems they don't intend to repay the amount.

Hi, I initiated a service request for my passport reissue in December beginning and had to cancel the request as it was not working out fine for. I informed the associate named Ankita Agarwal for same but she stopped responding to my emails or calls. I raised several complains online but nobody is taking up my request. I need my money refunded. The money I paid was ₹2200 and I have proof also both thru email and Paytm. I highly appreciate if this complaint is taken seriously this time and my money is refunded soon. I have applied for DRC and RRC through Itzeazy in Bengalure Electronic City RTO on 6th December.

RTO issued the necessary documents well before 25/12/2021. But the broker withheld (from delivering to me) the documents because Itzeazy has not paid the necessary due.

Many follow ups with Itzeazy team has yielded nothing. Any suggestion/help from here will be greatly appreciated.

I had a requirement like 2W Vehicle Re-Registration at Bangalore on shifting from Delhi and Ownership Transfer as well and I approached Itzeazy for this service as it was committed 45 days max to complete this process.

I handed over all required documents including original NOC, RC and Invoice of my two wheeler to the person who visited our home on Feb 16 2020 in Bangalore. Initially, they had do response on my all questions/doubts/query or status until I paid full amount payment.

They assign one dedicated person from operation team who will take care my case and that person will commit one date for completion but last moment, that person leave the organization without any information and till now, it happened four times. Again new person will provide new date with new excuses. At least expect someone else could take up this case and inform me but this did not happen. New persons are not responding on my call or message at all.

They response on mail with new date (15 days interval) for completion fortnightly basis. it's been more than 9th months for this and they are not willing to give exact status and they are playing with me to give new dates when I asked for status on mail.

Having no option, having no other contact numbers to get exact status. I am really worried about my original documents. Seems like they are fraud and irresponsible people and might be they can use my documents for other illegal / criminal activity.

Either these people should take the responsibility to complete this case or return my original documents and my amount as well.

I have opted for hypothecation removal and NOC from Karnataka on 9th Aug 2018, I have paid the charges on 18th Aug 2018 . Till now (dec 2021) i havent received my RC original. i been chasing all the people who are in my email loop. But no response. No one is answering my calls.

With all my FAITH, I approached Itzeazy for re-registration of my TWO wheeler no xxxxx at Hyderabad on shifting from Bangalore.
I even paid (Half amount) from the finally agreed payment of xxxx online on 20Apr2021 and handed over all required documents including original NOC, RC and Invoice of my two wheeler to the person who visited our home.
Ever since, for more than 7 months, I desperately tried to ascertain the STATUS of my case through mails and phone calls but either i get a delayed response or none response with no clarity.
Mr.X who took up my case seems to have left your company and not responding to my phone calls, I at least expect someone else could take up this case and inform me but this did not happen.
I even raised 3 dockets as requested by the receptionist but I have got no response yet. Having no option, having no other contact numbers and feeling ashamed to bring the callousness of the staff and their nonresponse on such a simple issue, I draw some kind attention to intervene and help me out from the unwarranted mental agony that I sustain everyday as to why I should repose my faith on such an online internet service.

I am requesting to return my documents from 1 week and yet no response.

Returning Documents should not take time.

I have raised two request with them 4-month ago and paid for the service. And after 4 months i can see only 1 request in portal.
they might have contacted to the person who was interested to purchase bike and waiting to transfer whole amount once RC transfer is done and they might have done RC transfer with him directly and he ran away. He cheated me and as well these people.
Their employee don't respond over emails and call and even their customer care is not at all responsible enough to reply on request.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have availed ItzEazy service to re-register my 2 wheeler from Karnataka to Telangana. I have made 50% of payment in month of Sep 2021 and till date only vehicle inspection (on 2nd Nov 2021) was done.

When I called support/sales team, all I have been hearing is, they will get back to me within 15 mins or sales operations will call you within 2 working days -- I am still waiting for call back with status update.

I visited RTO office (15 Nov 2021), when I enquired, I don't see my documents being registered in their system and also the documents that I have submitted is not with them as well.

Need your help to get my documents back that I have submitted to them.

I am an NRI residing in Canada currently. I have approached Itzeazy.com(https://www.itzeazy.com/) to provide a DL extract, they agreed. They have agreed to deliver the document within October 23 2021. I have sent them the documents required and paid all the fees in advance. The last response from them was on October 11, 2011, informing me that work is expected to be completed on October 23. However, they haven't responded to any of the follow-ups since then. I have even called up their customer care and asked for an update, to which they have informed me that I would be getting a response within a day which never happened. I notified them that I was left with nothing but legal action, to which no response again. I have found later that this is their usual. There is no shortage of complaints against them, and you can observe the same pattern in all complaints. I want Itzeazy to provide me with the DL extract shortly or return my money as well as documents. They should be fined for cheating the customers.

I had requested for my RC cancellation in Jan 21 as my car was gone in total loss because of some accident. However still there is no update from ItzEasy about my request. They only say "Your work completion date is extended" whenever I ask them for an update. Now they have stopped responding as well. After all this I asked them to please return all my original documents and money so that I can do it myself but they are not doing so... This is really frustrating... Could you please help me with so that my work can be done.

I have registered with above goven firm for my RC transfer on 17/08/2021 but till today they not completed my work.today u got a mail saying that my request was extended till 05/11/2021. They are not at all responding properly..they have chraged me 50% of amount.

This you are telling me for my CAR NOC which I submitted to you in 2019. You have also taken 50% payment already. I will go legal and ensure you guys pay the price for it.

PLEASE DONOT TRUST THIS VENDOR AT ALL. I AM STUCK NOW.
