I booked a train ticket for my journey from secundrabad (Sc) to manchiryal (Mci) on dated 02/01/2018 by telangana express (Train no. 12723) by ixigo apps, my journey date on 02/01/2018, unfortunately my train was late more then 8 hours. I want to try cancel my ticket on irctc site a message is reflecting that this ticket has not been booked through irctc site. I am also try to contact with ixigo customer care no. So many time no any reply by customer care no. How to cancel my ticket and refund my money.
Please help me about these messege and ban to ixigo for cheating apps

I've booked a flight ticket for 19th January 2017 from BBI to IXR thru' IXIGO website. I want to cancel the ticket, but unable to do so. Kindly advise. I've been trying for long but without success.
