Ixigo — Refund against PNR no. SME1YE (Indigo flight dated 04.12.2025)

Dear Sir,
I booked flight for Varanasi to Chennai for travel date 04.12.2025 and my PNR no. was SME1YE. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled and after enquiring the Airline (Indigo), it has been confirmed by them that full amount was refunded to Ixigo on 06.12.2025 vide GST Credit Note no. UP2252612AC80590.
However, I have not received the amount till date.
You are requested to kindly refund the amount to me
