I have booked a return flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore and back to Bhubaneswar for 31st January 2026 and 1st February 2026. PNR No. RDC1GE.

I choose direct flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar, but when I made the payment I got the ticket with 1 stop journey ticket via hyderabad that I did not choose at all.

I am surprised to see these kind of changes without even asking for this.

Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Amulya, we’d like to clarify that at the time of booking, a connecting itinerary was selected, which included the following flight segments: 6E-6178 and 6E-6242. As per our booking records, this itinerary had a layover and was not booked as a non-stop flight. The details of both flight segments, along with the layover information, were clearly displayed and confirmed during the booking process.

Hence, the claim that the booking was made as a non-stop flight is not supported by the booking data available with us.
