Ixigo — After successfully booking A/C confirmed Tickets Why sent False information? Demand for Refund the Amount Rs. 4520

I have successful booked my 2 tickets from HWH to UMB at 1pm. on 07.11.2021. After that at 1.12.pm. I got this information from Ixigo through whatsApp.

So, after getting this message I got confused and Booked again the same tickets. And finally I got 4 Confirmed A/C Tickets.
May I know why have you sent wrong information to me? and I got misguided.
My kind request to you, please refund the Amount of Rs. 4520 for 2 A/C Tickets, which I rebooked due to your wrong information.
